The Perfume Shop - Merry Hill 261 Avis 

Abbey and Capreece were so helpful today in store. They made every customer feel like they were the only one despite being so busy. Very attentive and helpful - thank you so much! :)

Although the assistant was unable to obtain the perfume I wanted to purchase she went out of her way to help me order it on line as she was unable to do it on the shop ordering system. Perfume shop top brass should re look at their system so the sales assistants can do their job

After being let down by a different fragrance retailer, I went into the Merry Hill upper mall store on the 2nd Dec to see if they could assist with the aftershave I wanted for my husband and engraving. I was assisted by Mel and Sophia who were incredible and helpful. I needed the aftershave and engraving by the Saturday 6th dec. Mel and Sophia advised they couldn't guarantee it would arrive by then which I was understanding, however they'll try their best. The lovely ladies chatted to me about my upcoming wedding and they hoped I get my order in time. The aftershave then arrived a day early on the 5th Dec all engraved and perfect, just in time for our wedding.

Mel and Sophia you are both amazing and so welcoming! They were willing to assist me every step of the way and I really appreciate their help!

i got a perfume but then 3 days later it went on sale from 87 to 35!! so i took it back they refunded me and let me rebuy it back at lower price and excellent customer service from the ladies at marry hill store, they also gift wrapped it beautifully and i ended up getting 3 more items x

I came into perfume shop merry hill for some gifts for my son’s 16th birthday. I asked for some help choosing the perfect fragrance's and Karen was more than able to deliver. Her customer service skills are second to none. She made my experience a lot easier and helped me for around 45 minutes. Her patience and grace was appreciated. Karen also advised I set up a reward card. She went above and beyond. I will be back to purchase more. THANK YOU KAREN!
