Excellent Service and a Great Shopping Experience
I had an excellent shopping experience at The Perfume Shop in Milton Keynes. I purchased five perfumes and was very well assisted by Janna, who did a fantastic job. She was friendly, helpful and professional, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Her excellent customer service and attention to my needs really stood out. Janna is a credit to the team, and I truly appreciate her help. I would definitely recommend The Perfume Shop and look forward to shopping there again. Thank you, Janna, for the wonderful service!

Excellent service as always! I ordered a gift for my sister in Ireland from the Perfume Shop in Milton Keynes City Centre. Hanif showed me exactly what I was looking for and then went ahead to order it online and send it to the address I gave him. He was friendly, patient and professional. My sister received it a few days later. One of my favourite perfume shops to shop from without a doubt!

Yumna deserves a raise!
My partner and I visited the shop as he is in want of some new aftershave. We started speaking to Yumna and honestly, she is an absolute credit to this store. She was so patient, she listened to what smells my partner liked, was able to suggest so many different fragrances for us to try. We went away after whittling it down to two with the intention of seeing how they settle on his skin and coming back to purchase. We came back and Yumna served us and her service is just exemplary. Customer service was 10/10
I went into the Milton Keynes store and I was served by a lovely girl. Her name was Tanjina, I went in not having a clue about what I wanted to buy, she had so much patience and gave me good recommendations, she suggested I tried it on the skin before purchasing as the smell can be different from the little blotters. I walked away with 3 amazing perfumes, she gave few samples, super happy with the service, very polite and amazing.

Yamna is the best person I’ve ever met at the TPS Milton Keynes store, wonder employee, she’s super patient and takes time out to satisfy every customer. My experience was amazing from the moment I walked into the store the warm welcoming received from the manager Elaine and team leader Hanif was very nice and professional in terms of customer service.
