Customer service was 10/10
I went into the Milton Keynes store and I was served by a lovely girl. Her name was Tanjina, I went in not having a clue about what I wanted to buy, she had so much patience and gave me good recommendations, she suggested I tried it on the skin before purchasing as the smell can be different from the little blotters. I walked away with 3 amazing perfumes, she gave few samples, super happy with the service, very polite and amazing.

Yamna is the best person I’ve ever met…
Yamna is the best person I’ve ever met at the TPS Milton Keynes store, wonder employee, she’s super patient and takes time out to satisfy every customer. She’s also very kind and polite and always has a smile on her face whenever I come around. Makes me always feel welcome at the TPS store and leave happy as well.

My experience was amazing from the moment I walked into the store the warm welcoming received from the manager Elaine and team leader Hanif was very nice and professional in terms of customer service. My highlight of the experience was team leader Zanna who served me, she was very proactive and professional in going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Superb customer service from Hassan!
Superb customer service from Hassan at the Centre: Milton Keynes shop. I popped in to make a quick enquiry about a discontinuing perfume I wanted to grab as many of, before I left for a trip. He really tried to match the price to the boutique Dior perfume I found elsewhere and gave me exceptional and tailored customer service from start to finish, that was both memorable and friendly.
