Great service and friendly staff
Great service! Had a good laugh with Hussain (sorry if I got your name wrong). He helped me and my brother find a good perfume each and chucked a free bag in for my brother. Totally recommend! And thanks for the laugh Hussain!

Excellent service as always in store when I ordered a present for my brother. Staff definitely go above and beyond with their amazing service!! Ten stars!!!
I can't fault delivery service either, as was delivered much earlier than I expected. This shop is my most favourite perfume shop to buy from, for myself, friends and family!

Hypnose Lancôme Genuine
I am offering The Perfume Shop 5*.
This is the 1st time I purchase from them and I must say I was a bit distressed like I always do when purchasing from a new company/shop.
The purchase I made was online, in the UK.
I have ordered Hypnose Lancôme because although being very old I am fascinated and it smells so nice, and I get compliments for the perfume.
It arrived the 2nd day after ordering, box in perfect condition, delivered by Royal Mail.
The perfume is genuine, it has that light purple color like it always did, the fragrance is persistent on the skin and clothing.
I am glad I had the instinct to purchasse from The Perfume Shop, the price was also very good. I would recommend to my mum and friends. 5* from me The Perfume Shop, keep up the good work 🙏🏼

I made a purchase today after saving…
I made a purchase today after saving for Christmas. I was looking to purchase Burberry Godess original but the person sold me the intense. After I came home I was so excited and opened the wrapping plastic. Then I realised it was intense but not original. You know how expensive it is and I didn't get the item I was looking for because the person at the kiosk didn't bother to listen to what I asked and it was so crowded that I didn't had time to check it out.
I am so sad and disappointed
