Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. Highly recommend!
I was not sure which perfumes to go for as I wanted to get some for my loved ones. Then Romana from one of the reading based Perfume shop recommended me to some of those perfumes. I was really glad and happy to get some of those perfumes. Can't expect anything more.

I had an outstanding experience at The Perfume Shop in the Oracle Reading on 21st January 2026. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, but what truly made my visit exceptional was the customer service from Ramona.
She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable about the fragrances I was interested in. Instead of rushing me or pushing products, she took the time to understand what I liked, offered thoughtful recommendations, and explained each option clearly. Her professionalism and warm personality made the whole experience enjoyable and effortless.
It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such genuine care for customers, and Ramona absolutely stands out. Thanks to her, I left with the perfect fragrance and a smile on my face.
Highly recommend this store — and if you’re visiting, look out for Ramona. She’s fantastic.
