Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. I went into the silverburn branch with no idea what I was wanting to get, Denise from the store was wonderful and walked me through everything. She also helped me pick out some add ons that I never knew I could get. Was a wonderful experience I couldn’t recommend more

James was really helpful
James was really helpful. Was very patient with me and let me try a dozen scents before helping me make my choice. Guided me towards a really good deal and got a bottle of Hugo Boss normally £125 for £55. Very happy.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff
Gill was lovely and friendly from the moment I walked in. She was great at recommending new fragrances that are out and let me smell them and told me about deals in store. It was a really easy, pleasant experience and for the first time in forever I actually got a couple of samples with my purchase.
