Excellent and efficient customer service
I went to The Perfume Shop Surrey Quays this evening 20th March.
I received excellent and efficient customer service from Pauline.
She was not only friendly but quite knowledgeable about the fragrances.
I told her about a fragrance (Flower by Kenzo) that I had bought recently and she suggested a perfume that she thought I would like.
She was right. I really liked the scent of the Boss Femme perfume and bought it straightaway. It was also discounted which was a good deal.
This all took about 5 minutes.
Great service!

Wow talk about amazing service!
My great experience at the Surrey Quays branch had to be off the back of an amazing staff member Mai, who went above and beyond to apologise for the issues I had with the click and collect order which was a mess! She tried her best to remedy it but unfortunately it had to be dealt with by customer service.
As I happened to be around amazing smelling perfume my curiosity for a certain product caught my senses loool and I ended up taking advantage of the buy one get one half price offer. Mai was so attentive, she provided samples, labeled each one and let me know what was the best value for money by doing all the calculations for me! She advised me well and then beautifully gift wrapped my items. Special thanks to her.
