Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. They took the time to listen, asking who I was purchasing for and see if they could find me a scent I liked! They clearly have good knowledge of the stock and the fragrance notes. I always have a fantastic experience whenever I visit this perfume shop, thanks to Mai. She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to help. Mai is always happy to tell me about the newest perfumes, explaining the different fragrances and helping me find the perfect scent.
Her excellent customer service and genuine passion for perfumes make every visit enjoyable. She never rushes me and always makes me feel welcome. Thanks to her recommendations, I’ve discovered some wonderful new fragrances. Mai is a real credit to the shop, and I highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

I went to Surrey Quays branch gor a refund. I didn't get one. They wanted me to wait longer. Got an apology & 3 small Dior samples.
