Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Good company with great staff members
I have been a customer of Perfume Shop for several years now and my experience has always been wonderful. Customer service is amazing. Carole (at surrey quays shopping centre branch) is very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable shop assistant, every time i go there for perfume, she is very friendly and attentive. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Mai is wonderful, she helps me find the best fragrances for my niece and nephews that are between 5 to 10 years old. So hard to find something soft for that age. She is patient and very kind ! 5 stars for the service and the smile !!!!! Recommend it 100%

I had an exceptional experience thanks to Mia. She was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about fragrances. Mia took the time to understand what I liked and guided me through several options without ever making me feel rushed. Her recommendations were spot-on, and I ended up finding a scent I absolutely love!
Her professionalism and genuine passion for helping customers truly set her apart. If you’re visiting the perfume shop, I highly recommend asking for Mia — she turns shopping into an experience.
