From start to finish, the service at The Phlebotomist was efficient and pleasant. I had a private blood test kit from another provider and needed someone local to draw the blood, which is how I found them on Google.

We needed our bloods taken for some private tests and after searching for somewhere that could do this early enough so that the bloods could be shipped abroad only a few hours later, we were fortunate enough to find the Phlebotomist. From our initial enquiry to the final collection the process was nothing but smooth and professional. Pav was so helpful and considerate, taking the time to ensure she understood exactly what it was we needed from her. I sometimes have trouble with blood draws so Pav brought along Sheryl to help who was equally as friendly and reassuring. We had to go back to re-do some of the blood draws due to transit issues so we visited them at their new clinic just on the outskirts of Swindon. Again the process was just so quick and easy and it was like seeing good friends again! We would not hesitate to go back should we need to in future and wish them all the best moving forwards, we are certain they will continue to flourish!

The service was amazing from start to finish. Pav helped me in the right direction with choosing the right kit to look into the deficiencies I was concerned about, and everything was clearly explained step by step, right through to the blood draw itself, so I always knew what was happening.

I was sent clear information beforehand on how to prepare, as well as aftercare guidance on what to expect following the blood test and when receiving results.

I had an appointment with The Phlebotomist in December, 2025. I was able to book a blood draw easy on the website and the lady who came was very kind and helpful as I have disabilities which needed to be taken in to account. Thank you would recommend.

I've had two appointments, one which was a pre-bought kit and I'd gone for the venepuncture draw and the second time where I procured both the kit & draw through thephelbotomist. Communication and service was excellent throughout, the blood draw was smooth with clear instructions and a friendly manner from the person handling the draw. Definitely my goto service for tests & blood draws.
