Pictures of rug very misleading nothing…
Pictures of rug very misleading nothing like when it arrived. I requested a return and was told I would have to pay the courier charge. I disputed this in the grounds of misleading pictures of the rug but the cost was still deducted from my refund which took nearly to weeks to be issued. I would not order from this company again.

The images used for this rug are supplied by the manufacturer and are also used by a number of major retailers. We have sold many of these rugs over time and this is the first occasion we have received feedback suggesting the images were misleading. That said, we completely appreciate that colours and textures can sometimes appear differently depending on lighting, screen settings, and room environments.
Regarding the return cost, our policy is in line with standard returns procedures for unwanted items, however we do understand your frustration and are sorry that the process left you feeling dissatisfied. We are also sorry the refund took longer than expected to reach you.
We genuinely value all feedback as it helps us improve both our product information and customer experience, and we hope we may have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us in the future.
Brilliant company
Brilliant company, held our order whilst we were on holiday and had the delivery today. The two gentlemen were excellent moved our old furniture into another room for us then brought in the new furniture unpacked it and took all the packaging away excellent service from start to finish. Excellent quality furniture.

Very happy customer
Great, fuss free service. Order placed, deposit paid, interest free credit agreement sent and delivery arranged just a few weeks after. The 3rd party delivery service was excellent too. Best thing though.. the price beat the socks off a certain 'never knowingly undersold' company.

It was a real pleasure dealing with The Place for Homes. I spoke with at least 4 different members of staff between choosing my furniture, right through to a more than satisfactory delivery. An excellent Company to deal with in all respects
Unable to find a 3 piece suite showroom in Cornwall where we live. Found this showroom near to where our daughter’s family live.
Upon arrival at what appears to be an old aircraft hangar, but inside we were well and truly spoilt for choice. Had never seen so many items of lounge furniture in one place and well laid out.
Was approached by salesman Rees, who was everything a salesman should be.
We discussed all options included delivery to Cornwall. Upon returning to Cornwall we asked for a sample of the furniture fabric we were interested with. This arrived - we ordered the suite on the phone and were informed that when the suite arrived in Wales they would store it until we were ready. Eventually because of carpet installation problems we did not have the suite delivered for 3 months. There was no problems with the wait. The delivery was perfect. I cannot recommend this Company highly enough enough regarding their showroom, staff and the whole buying experience. I could have just left a short ‘ OK ‘ experience but this Company deserves more.

Especially the price a lot cheaper than the other departmental store in Cribbs causeway Bristol where I first saw the sofa .

Great friendly service
The two men that delivered the dining table and chairs arrived on time and were very friendly. They had every set up in no time and after a quick demonstration on how to extend the table they were heading off. The table looks great and is exactly what we were looking for.
