From the first visit to the lovely showroom, to the ordering and delivery, the staff supported us so well. Communication was brilliant. I would definitely recommend Your Home. The quality of the suite is very good.

We had a lovely experience at Your Home
We had a lovely experience at Your Home Newark. We saw the furniture that we wanted but couldn’t have it delivered for six weeks, Dave very kindly held the furniture back for us until we were ready for it. The delivery guys Wayne and Luke were very good, putting overshoes on to protect our carpets and took all our packaging away. It was five star service and would definitely recommend Your Home Furniture Newark

From ordering to delivery
From ordering to delivery, and a couple of phone calls in between, the staff at Your Home have been wonderful. They are so helpful and accommodating. When our sofas were delivered this morning the men who brought them went above and beyond our expectations, even unwrapping and positioning the sofas for us. They also took all the protective packaging away so we didn't have to dispose of it ourselves. What a wonderful experience.. thank you David and your lovely team.

Exceptional experience for the supply
Exceptional experience for the supply, delivery and build of our new Harrison Spinks bed.
The guys who delivered the bed were friendly, polite and respectful of our home.
The whole process from visiting the showroom in Newark, trying the beds, the advice and guidance given and the fulfilment process was excellent.
This is exactly why I prefer to purchase from quality independent businesses.

Honestly cannot appreciate the guys at this store enough . From start to finish helping me find the perfect sofa for my home . The range of items they sell is absolutely beautiful and top notch quality the staff has gone above and beyond for me helping me get what I need . Excellent customer care
Bought a particular mattress at a great price (£100 less than elsewhere).
Allowed a few days after unrolling for it to stabilise, but there was clearly a fault.
Harry could not have given better customer service in the task to have it speedily replaced-no quibble, no fuss-again, just great service.
