First time buyer from Your Home and it's been an amazing experience. Saw their 2 Day Sale advertised and went to look. From looking at the various sofas and being advised by Harry, there was no pushy sales just information.
We ordered Friday was delivered Wednesday and included the chair which was on a 4- 12 weeks delivery!
The delivery team were brilliant, took the old one apart and out. Brought in the new one. Friendly and got on with the job.

Have been impressed by every aspect and would definitely recommend and use again.

Had the lovely Harry help me and organise an order for a full new set of dining chairs, answering loads of questions as I wasn't able to see the chairs in person. He both provided the best price and service to kick things off. I also spoke to a lovely lady, which I didn't catch the name of, as well as David when FedEx decided to split up the order into 2 different deliveries. All of the team were excellent and really quick to answer question.

Travelled about an hour's drive from my home to look at the Petra sofa. We really had a great experience from first interaction with Harry. Gave us a great price compared to a couple of retailers closer to home. No pushy sale either which we liked. We received the sofas yesterday and footsool. The two delivery guys unpacked everything and set it up . It was delivered in a few weeks less than the approximate lead time which also helped . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys for any furniture you would buy for your house . 5 star, first class service. Thanks again to Harry and rest of team

I see a post on Facebook telling me about a sale up to 50% off so I went in and I wasn't disappointed. I was served by Paul who was empathetic and very helpful. He gave me measurements for a sideboard while he was doing this I see a nest of tables which was such a good price I purchased immediately. An hour later I went back and was served by Paul again and I purchased the sideboard . Excellent service good quality reasonably priced and local what more could you ask. Would definitely recommend

Needed a new bed and mattress, visited this shop twice and felt able to try out various mattresses and ask lots of questions without a pushy sales person. If person serving us didn't know the answers, a quick phone call was made and another staff member (at other shop unit) popped over to speak with us. Excellent service from start to finish with 3 members on shop floor. Very pleased with the quality of our new bed and mattress, we were able to mix and match manufacturers to get the look we wanted due to knowledgeable staff and great customer care. Delivery actually came earlier than expected. Bed was assembled and packaging taken away at no extra cost to us, a demonstration was given on ottoman bed (never had one before!) by very polite and respectful staff.
Would highly recommend this local company for quality, customer service and knowledge of product.

Brought a new dining room table from the Newark branch and was served by Paul , who was very professional,and would definitely go back to buy again as we were very pleased with the way we were served Paul was not pushy just very helpful ,and then when the delivery arrived the two delivery drivers were also very professional and polite, they put my table together and took all the packing with them , thank you Teresa

We were looking for a bookcase and visited the store for a look round. Harry served us - he was really helpful and not at all pushy. We ordered a very nice bookcase and it was delivered today by two very helpful guys who put it in place and also took away all the packaging. Would highly recommend this company and will certainly buy again from them.

Visited the Newark store today enquiring about a new mattress. We were dealt with by staff member Harry, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Based on his help, we bought a new mattress which we are very happy with. Would definitely recommend this company. Great customer service.

Simply amazing! Ordered 2 sofas but looked like we wouldn't receive them until January due to the demand for sofas around Christmas.

Harry called us up and explained the situation but then called again a week later to explain they were going to get them shipped directly by hiring a local courier which would cost them extra but ment we got our sofas in the middle of December!

We are very grateful for the hard work and being kept informed at every step along the way even calling us up the day after delivery to check we were happy.

Quite apart from the great choice of furniture on offer at this local store (and the fact that it's local is important to me), the staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Couldn't recommend this store more.

I ordered a pre loved sofa and it was delivered within a week, this review is more about the service as I'd already viewed the sofa, the two guys who delivered the sofa were extremely helpful ( they moved my old sofa into the garden as I hadn't moved it and it was going to the tip ) it was raining extremely hard and they still managed to deliver excellent service and the job involved was over in 5 minutes, the delivery drivers were soaked through but still smiling and very polite .

Great service and great furniture. I nipped into the clearance store on Saturday and fell in love with a sofa that I knew would fit perfectly in my new room. David was very helpful and kindly let me show my husband around the shop to take a look at it after the shop had closed. In the end we purchased the beautiful sofa and an oak dining table and they were delivered safely on the following Friday. An all round great service by the sales and delivery teams. Thank you

They have a wide selection of furniture and great prices.
Staff were all knowledgeable and polite.

We were looking and researching sofas and chairs for a good 2 years and finally decided on Parker Knoll. The fabric choices were difficult and I visited 3 other retailers stocking the range. I price compared and found Your Home in Newark was the best price in the area of South Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
I visited the showroom and was delighted with the help and advice that I received. The colours I chose were put on the computer for me to see and finally decide.
We placed our order and found the whole process fantastic from beginning to end. The delivery was unhurried and careful and the furniture was set up in the sitting room and fully tested.
It was discovered later that one of the chairs did not have a rechargeable battery which we had ordered - this was the fault of Parker Knoll - not the store.
The store took responsibility and effectively managed the replacement without a second thought and the communication and after sales has been commendable.
We will visit Your Home first in the future despite it being an hours journey for us. a superb experience - thank you !
