Your Home Furniture Avis 

We had a leather sofa and armchairs from this company in Newark, after researching the same goods in our home city of Lincoln. The price was better at Your Home, but the service was better! The delivery and assembly went famously, and to say we’re delighted is no surprise. Definitely would go back.

Honestly? They had the furniture I needed, cost £240 for two chairs and a bench with delivery. Delivery options are £30 for doorstep delivery and £140 for room delivery. Already a con.
Order my furniture, pay the asking price, then I get an email. 8-10 weeks before delivery. Ridiculous, I understand the delivery says times vary but varying by 2 to 2.5 months?? Rubbish service. Customer service not helpful either. Not being funny, it’s mass produced furniture, no reason for there to be up to 10 week wait. Got my house and all the other furniture in less than that time.

Ordered twice from this company- fantastic customer service.
Second purchase I placed I ordered different colour bar stools from original. Git a phone call from the business to check - thank goodness as I ordered wrong colour, that phone call from the business saved me money and hassle. V much appreciated.

I was impressed that Harry came to visit me to view the restricted access and advise. Ordering was straightforward and the staff are very helpful and polite. The delivery was on time.

We bought two leather recliner chairs from Your Home. Rob could not do enough for us. He sourced the exact chairs we wanted and then assembled them for us, at no extra charge. He then drove 2 1/2hrs to deliver them to us on a day and time that suited us. If you are looking for great furniture, at very competitive prices and superb service, you won't find better than Rob at Your Home

This is our second order from Your Home Furniture and the service we received was outstanding. The showroom is well stocked so you can sit on the sofas, rather than trying to decide from an online photo. All the staff members are exceptionally helpful, without being at all pushy, very knowledgeable about the products and friendly. We were given a warm welcome and gratefully received a hot drink. The sofas were delivered with great care and with respect for our property and they arrived sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise. We have recommended the company to so many friends and family and it is great to be able to buy from a local firm who really cares about its customers. We will be back! Thank you to you all for such a pleasant and positive experience again.

This is an exceptional furniture shop run by exceptional people. I fitted out my new house with a superior super comfortable sofa / sofa bed / bed mattress / marble dining table and bench unit / accent chair / sideboard / tv unit. High quality goods at extremely competitive price points, delivered and assembled by a local firm. People who you get to know and who understand your requirements. Not some anonymous warehouse in a place you've never heard of. The Your Home Furniture customer service is second to none - even after ordering something and then changing my mind, there was no problem. The unflappable and ever positive Harry provided customer service above and beyond expectations - as did the rest of the team: Rob, Dave, Gillian & Paul. I'd highly recommend this shop to all.
