The product was advertised at a price for 5kg and I received 500g for the same price.

It was also delivered 2 days late.

Not happy at all. Rip off.

Ordered at the end of last week, delivered yesterday. After ordering I checked the Trustpilot reviews (yes I know it was the wrong way round !) and my thoughts immediately turned to Paypal's resolution routes. Friday email to confirm order, Monday email to confirm dispatch and tracking details and Tuesday delivery.
So maybe I was lucky and ordered something they had in stock but with a raft of 1 star reviews there ought to be some balance. Had I checked TP before I'd have avoided but I've got my Chlorine within a week and at a very good price indeed.

They sent the wrong product and haven’t yet replied to my email

Placed the order 7 days ago. Paid by paypal. Cash obviously taken. Order confirmation sent the same day and product confirmed in stock. Heard nothing since. Called a few times - answer phone only. Sent 2 emails to chase order and ask for delivery details - no answer. Paypal dispute opened - no answer. Website offline yesterday - bandwidth exceeded. I hope I am proved wrong but I have a bad feeling when you look at some of the other reviews. Fully happy to retract this if I am wrong and my order turns up imminently - but the signs are not encouraging.
Update - contacted by company day 8 after order to say awaiting stock and it would be imminent. I asked for a refund and asked why they had shown this product in stock. The refund came within hours. Thank you Lauren. It seems like they did the right thing eventually although still not happy about waiting 8 days to be told a product that was marked for imminent dispatch was actually out of stock with no concrete delivery date. Not a scam in my view just a company struggling with stock

Ordered ( & paid for )tablets said to be immediately available . Nothing received 17 days later.
Est. delivery date from carrier changed . Rang no. provided -no answer , told to email.
Will not use again.

Very slow to post. Absolutely no dispatch update until I emailed to complain and chase. Dispatch info at time of order two working days. Dispatched 8 days later. Would not use again based on poor communication

Ordered an item that never turned up, no response to emails and never been refunded.

DO NOT USE! Ordered and paid for my item over a week ago. Have chased by email and left voicemail several times but still no response. Absolutely rubbish customer service!! Not even sure if I will get my goods so may well be over £185 out of pocket......!!

Short delivered chlorine and after 1week they have not replied to any emails and do not ever answer the phone.

Thepoolcleaners.co.uk don't respond to emails sent to them (evidenced by my emails to them with no response) and don't care that they don't deliver what you have ordered (otherwise they would respond).

The review score distribution (as evidenced by Trustpilot reviews) shows that 92% of the reviews are either 1 star or 5 star. This is a very strange or unnatural distribution since (as evidence by Trustpilot reviews) it hasn't changed over time but remains consistent. This would seem to indicate (evidenced by Trustpilot reviews) that the service one can expect is either going to be absolutely amazing, or extremely poor.

Since a lot of reviews (as evidenced by Trustpilot reviews) mention a lack of response from the Company, I find it amazing that a Company would provide a 5 star service to some customers, but not others (as evidenced by Trustpilot reviews).

I am not sure there is any other explanation for this review distribution, maybe Trustpilot could analyise it a little further, since they are the experts.

Ordered liquid chlorine from them, which they claimed to be able to deliver next day. 28 days later and I'm still waiting. They have failed to respond to all my emails, and their phone number goes to voicemail which tells you to email. Pi**poor customer service.

Terrible, only part order arrived not answering phones, phone messages or emails for 4 days. Blamed carrier but some parcels never received by carrier. Now will have to contact bank as no response to further emails or messages. Don’t use, but elsewhere as you probably won’t get all your items.

Very keen to take your money not so keen to deliver the goods. Difficult to contact. You have been warned.

I placed an order to POOL CLEANER only to find my product was coming from a third party ONBUY.COM.
9 days later after emails and unable to phone because the phones are not manned. Have not heard a thing,

that you could be left whistling and have no redress.
