Placed an order for 2 items. Charged for both but only the small cheap one delivered. No information and no response to my emails. Very disappointed.

Please do not place your orders on this website. It's a scam. They charge you but do not deliver the products. You cannot reach them on the number provided on their website; email response 4-5 days that says the courier has lost your item but when asked for details will not provide that information. I have raised a dispute on Paypal to get my money back. Complete waste of time and effort. Stay clear of this website

Seriously unhappy, no item, no email response, no answer from their phone line which simply cuts you off..... Rubbish! Speaking to the bank next to try and get my money back... at least they answer the phone.

Sadly the delivery got lost by the couriers and was promptly actioned by sending out replacement order following notification of failed delivery.

lost all confidence and hope in getting some glass sand for my pool filter after a month with amazon uk. Then!!! I gave Thepoolcleaners a try and had no hope in ever seeing my sand until just under a week from the order date it came all in tact with really good packaging. good job to the staff and thanks so much for a top result.

Ordered a part for our pool heater from this company because they provided the best price for the item. Wasn't much communication after the purchase only the invoice so I checked their web site which stated the part would be delivered within 7 working days. Well, it was delivered today, within 7 working days as stated. Can't comment on other customers negative experiences, I can only say I've received excellent service from this company, well done!

I would not buy from this company again. After 15 days waiting, the item I ordered still has not arrived. If it comes this week I may re-write this, but at the present time I have had very poor communication, the email sent this week is an exact duplicate of the one sent to me a week ago. They have not provided tracking info to me as promised, nor do they ever answer the telephone - incoming calls go straight to a recorded message before disconnecting you.
Shoddy customer service at best, downright fraudulent at worst. I will be seeking a refund.

Pool cleaners were fine, but 2 attempts at delivery by DHL failed, eventually tracked down to local depot and had to collect it. They say delivery was refused, but this was not by me, must have gone to wrong address. No contact either by phone which would have resolved it sooner.

Looks like they are having issues with orders getting lost in the post....

Occasionally some items go missing in the courier's system, but to ensure customer satisfactions we have a swift process for arranging a replacement. Your replacement has already been arranged and more stock is expected next week. We will follow up the parcel with the courier for an investigation. Once again apologies for the delay.

Ordered a product on 29/04/21. 2 weeks later and nothing had arrived. Sent an email chasing order to be told that it must have got lost and a new one would be sent immediately, yet another week later and still nothing. Tried ringing many times and only ever get answer machine. Have now sent an email request to cancel order as have had to source from elsewhere, so awaiting a response, but not impressed....

Placed order on 18th April still hasn't arrived despite my card being debited on 19th April. Company will not answer telephone and take ages to respond to those emails they reply to. Have asked for full refund but not been actioned yet. BE VERY CAREFUL - BEST AVOID

No one answers phone nor replies to emails 5-7 days for delivery they say Now over two weeks & nothing Why make life harder when they could make it impossible I’m going to ring credit card company for refund

Placed order 30th April , they're quick to take money however have yet to deliver, 3 chase up emails and answerphone messages go unanswered, other reviewers having similar issues it seems. Best avoided

*EDIT 18th May* As no item received and absolutely NO CORRESPONDENCE/REPLIES TO EMAILS, I requested a charge back from my credit card company. Chargeback received 13th May. WOULD RATE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS COMPANY.

Not impressed so far. Placed order on 25th April ‘21, received email to say my order is being processed. By May 1st still not received order, or any further correspondence, so emailed them, which they ignored. Went on my account on their website today, May6th, and it states my order has been processed. I have not received my order. Rang their phone number to be greeted by a message stating that their phone lines aren’t monitored so email. I have emailed again, forwarding the previous email as a paper trail. I am now awaiting their response. Shocking customer service so far!

Order stuck as "processing" for 3 weeks. Multiple emails unanswered. Phone number provides an answerphone message, your calls are not returned. Going to have to seek a chargeback with my credit card company.

I'm also dubious about their "sale" prices, I do have reason to believe they are inflated just before being reduced. I may be wrong, but going on the price I paid normally for my products a few weeks ago, and what they in their "sale" I'd say there is an element of dubious-ness about them.

We ordered some pool chemicals and only some were delivered. Despite ringing twice and three email/contact forms sent we still have not had a reply. We will not be using them again.

Beware of The Pool Cleaners as they are a bad company to buy from. They take orders but do not deliver on time as per their website. Then they do not answer phone calls or reply to emails. If you cancel order, they still send goods out when they like after you have already cancelled, then you are charged to return unwanted goods. Rubbish company!

Had an order placed first week of April, still not received and cannot get hold of anyone either by phone or email. Very concerning and won't look to use them again.

Poor quality products and non existent customer service. I ordered a 14/15% Sodium Hydrochloride from them and the product was so poor that even a hand wash might be mor effective. When I complained initially customer service responded but then no response, you keep on chasing but just no response. Like others have rated no matter what you do they just won’t respond. Please ignore this company.

Will send you a cheap replacement product, then 'offer' you a refund when you ask for what you ordered instead of some cheap replacement crap.

I'm still waiting for my refund 4 weeks on.

Bunch of thieves that try and get away with selling you cheap replacement white label goods. AVIOD.
