the company is fraud the same thing happened to me which happened to many people in this review section that is they confirm the order and not ship it by giving bogus excuses like 1000 shipment lost all such BS.
however i am lucky that i placed a cod order
currently their store is also shut down

Farud company..i saw their advertisement in instagram, ordered a bookshelf, paid the money and they never delivered and disappeared. I wish to have read these reviews before getting scammed by thepooler.in

I ordered two bookshelves, one for me and one as a gift- they did not ship a single one, and I lost 2.2k rs, they haven't given me a refund or anything along those lines. I do not know where to complain but I want my money back.

I did not recieve my order of bookshelf that I placed a month ago. Followed up multiple times got some lame excuse about international shipments. I will be raising a complaint with cyber crime branch.

This company is a fraud. They offered a bookshelf for 1100 took the money and disappeared.
Even their customer.servoce numbers stand disconnected

Totally fraud company. They don't deliver the products, by giving excuses like they lost the order, and promises a refund, then never issues the refund. Never replies to mails. They should be in jail.

I lost my money, they don't respond to email and their phone number is switched off. Unfortunately people will keep getting scammed because of no bad reviews on their site

This is a fake website cheating its customers blatantly!!! - why is @Instagram and Facebook not taking it down?? Their address and phone numbers are all bogus. I had paid for their bookshelf product- this was their response -

It's a scam website. Received neither the product nor the refund.

Worth experience, no reply to mail. Product not delivered as per expected date. Customer support giving nonsense reply as delayed due to international import issues, lost 1000 items, all such BS.

NO ANY REFUND YET.

FRAUD .. Totally fake.

Don't buy anything from it.

I ordered the bookshelf on 25 June. Received an order no (ORDER #PO2464ER) and a notification that order has been shipped but no tracking id.

Sent them a mail requesting tracking id. They replied that the item was never shipped but they have shipped now and I should receive it shortly. Waited till 6 July and wrote again for item whereabouts. This time I was offered the option of refund and a bonus of 500/- for inconvenience.

Nevermind the bonus, I just wanted my refund. They said I would receive it within 5-7 days. On day 5 they send me a mail saying that they have successfully delivered the order and want my feedback.

Well here's the feedback. I'm not the first person they are doing this to. I'll be filing a case with Cyber Crime cell and request anyone and everyone who's been similarly scammed to do the same

It seems to be a sham. It looks legit till the order is placed and they send you an Order Id. Then they ghost you. No email response, no what's app response. Nothing gets shipped, nothing gets delivered. It's been 10 days and I've not heard a word. I'm pretty sure they spend less effort being honest and spend more effort on making the website shiny and glossy. Anyway if I don't hear from them soon I'll raise a complaint with the National Cyber Crime Reporting portal.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the website thepooler.in. I ordered an Original Wooden Bookshelf Display Cabinet for Rs 1109, with order number #PO3908ER. To ensure faster delivery, I paid an additional 70 Rs. for express shipping. However, after three days, my order has not even been shipped. Attempts to contact their customer service via email and phone have gone unanswered. Additionally, any comments or reviews highlighting these issues on their social media platforms are promptly deleted, which is highly suspicious and indicative of a scam. This lack of response and transparency is unacceptable. Thepooler.in has proven to be a fraudulent website. I strongly urge potential buyers to avoid making any purchases from this site to save themselves from potential scams and frustration.

Worst experience. Ordered the product 15days back. Got a confirmation mail then after that there was no mailers, product or response to the messages. Don't order and waste your valuable money. They have the team and money to advertise their charming products over social media but no honesty!!

Fraud company, will delete your comments from their page, wouldn’t reply back or provide any update, ig has been 12 days since i placed my order! Thieves!

Ordered one item on 22nd June for which they sent an email confirming the order and mentioning that the order would be dispatched within 3-4 days and delivered by 10 days. However post this email there has been no response to whatsapp messages and their support email is also bouncing. There is no mechanism to contact them, comments posted on their FB ads also get deleted.

This website is FAKE.
I’ve ordered a product from this website, the money paid. Then I got the order confirmation mail but then there is nothing.
No activity, no shipping initiated even after 10 days.
When I sent emails and made phone calls to their support centre there has been no response back.
The mobile number was switched off.
And as for emails they did it respond.

I bought a cover with express shipping for my iphone 14 pro max from this website

I got order confirmation and blue dart tracking, but suddenly I noticed the blue dart order was asked to be rto (return to origin) from the shipper and soon after it was cancelled

On numerous attempts for support, I only once managed to contact the support person they said they dont know why it happened, couldnt justify the "express shipping" I was charged extra for

But they said they will reship it, since that moment its been two days and there has been no reply, I tried to contact through email and phone (all means available) but there was no response, I am being ghosted by them

Very disappointing and very bad experience

Even with the reply below, they didnt do anything, no refund nothing
