I also got stung by these people. Bought via U=an advert on Instagram. 2 nice looking jumpers, what arrived was cheap, badly made and looked nothing like the image.
Lost my money, no refund stopped replying.

Omgosh!!! I ordered 2 pair of jeans. They showed they were Judy Blume on the Facebook add. Not even close. No tag to even show a size!! No tags! I ordered both in a size 2, one is the size for a 6 year old and the other is way to big. How do I contact this company? I want my money back!! Oh it also took a month for it to arrive!

My husband bought me 2 jumpers and a cardigan for Christmas and we were both appalled at the quality of the goods. Poorly made, misshapen, awful products, especially the cardigan. Please don't order from this company, as others have said a complete scam!

Do not buy from this China based company purporting to be London based, poor quality rubbish jumper, I'm angry that I purchased through a social media company, never again.

TOTAL SCAM :( I was also conned by the adverts on social media. I wish I’d come here before I purchased 3 items!! They were terrible quality and unwearable. The ‘green jacket’ would have torn if you pulled the fabric. After various emails saying I had to return them to an address in China at my own expense, they offered a 50% refund and said I could keep them and pass them on to family or a friend. In the end I accepted the 50% refund and binned the items.

I did not realise that any returns would have to be returned to China, the company name is quite misleading.
I purchased a pair of shoes that turned out to be very poor quality and not even fit for purpose. However to return them i would have to send them back to China, at a cost that is almost the same price of the shoes. The company offered to return 15% the cost of the shoes, but they are not really useable.

Utter Chinese rip off company masquerading as a London based boutique. As others here fell foul of the FB marketing and paid 39.95 for a lovely looking green jacket that turned out to be nothing more than a cheap polyester lightweight, badly sewn, mass produced piece of cr*p! No response when requesting a refund either funnily enough!!

The little green jacket looked so good in the advert. However when it came it looks cheap and the fabric was poor quality. The colour was lighter and not at all how it looked in the advert Very disappointed. It also took a long time to arrive.

I wish I had read the reviews, but got sucked in by this company. Goods were so inferior and poorly made and nothing like the photos or description.
Taken up the fight with constant email and contacted PayPal but no joy.

An average of 1.7 is way too high, the goods arrive nothing like advertised and if you want to return, you have to pay to send it to China, I conceded, I have lost £40... I will stay clear of Facebook advertising...

Absolute shocking company. Dropship company based in China masquerading as a smart London boutique. Mis sold their product. Quality and size was nothing compared to the marketing advert on social media. Stay far away from this company they are a sham and scam artist.

Avoid at all costs- order a “Sweater” online, took an age to arrive and when opened it’s a polyester, poor quality type top. One wouldn’t give to my worst enemy.

Request to return and refund and was offered a 15% Discount on cost of £40 or return for refund but shipping costs at our expense - cost £27! Return to China!

Avoid this company at all costs! Bought what was meant to be a knitted jumper, only for it to come and be a cheap top with a jumper pattern printed on it. Tried to return it but was told I could “keep it and give it to a family member or friend” or pay the extortionate shipping costs to China. So much for a London-based company.

I would not give any stars but can’t move on. Bought a jumper so it says and it is absolutely awful not as described at all. Cheap cheap product for high end price. Stay clear.

I cancelled an order with this company and they returned the money for one of the items. Despite numerous emails to the company they would not respond. I eventually raised a dispute with PayPal for the return of £49.95.
This prompted the company to send me the coat.
The coat is not suitable for my needs and needs to be returned and cost refunded. No response.

From China, not London. Quality is terrible. Woollen jumper with lovely cut and tasteful colours in the advert turned out to be polyester, Christmas jumper quality with garish colours, in a cheap poly bag. £40 was the price of not doing our research. Lesson learnt.

Item delivered was nothing like the product advertised.Extremely misleading and very poor quality. I would not recommend buying from this company. Avoid at all cost.
