The company trades under the name Zoey London, however the goods are delivered from China and they are everything you'd expect of Chinese goods; poor quality as is the packaging ie. a pair of boots delivered in a cheap plastic bag.
The boots that were delivered were the wrong size. After a request to their (so-called) customer service to return the boots the eventual reply was that I could return the goods for a refund (to China) at my expense or keep the goods and receive a 25% refund. As I was not prepared to pay postage costs for an item delivered in error I requested a 50% refund. Zoey London (of China) offered 40% which I accepted. That was three days ago and I have had no further correspondence or refund from them. Should the company actually honour their offer I will be happy to update this review....though I won't hold my breath!
My advice to anyone thinking of buying from an unknown business such as this is to check out reviews such as this and if there is no reviews to be found then buyer beware and shop elsewhere...I wish I had!
Update 5.11.24. The day after this review went live Zoey London confirmed my 40% refund which has since been paid....though I wouldn't call myself a satisfied customer.

The Jacket I ordered was cheap flimsy and badly made and you could shoot peas through it. Nothing like the photo on Facebook. I also thought company was based in UK but no. After looking at tracking it came from China. Please anyone thinking of ordering from this company, save your money just don't do it.

Waited over a month for the coat. It arrived eventually and it looked like a see through bin bag, with no lining and visible loose stitching. Customer service was not interested, wouldn't refund in full. Shocking service and product, stay away. Since purchasing being inundated with unsubscribable emails.

What was marketed as a woollen jumper arrived as a 100% polyester one. What can I say? I was a sucker for FB marketing and warn people against using them. They seem to merely be a conduit for cheap goods from abroad. Poor delivery by Evri added to the post-modern dystopian frustration

Absolutely shocking. Do not buy anything from this company. The product (when it eventually arrives) bears almost zero relation to what you think you ordered. Then, when you ask for a refund, you are told to return it - at your expense - to China, then send them proof of sending etc .. I eventually got them to refund 50% of the cost but it was a painful process. I should have read reviews. Just don’t do it. There was no option to leave zero stars.

I bought a pair of shoes, ordering my usual English size. They arrived and were far too small but to cut a long story short if I want to return them to obtain a full refund, which they talk about on their website, I have to return them to China at my expense. Nothing on their website suggests that these things originate in China. I will never touch this company again. Stupidly I didn't read any of the reviews first!
