Thera Hair Avis 

So far I am understanding the negative reviews. Beginning with Customer service and ending with a paid item that has a delivered stamp and yet I never received it.

I have been back and forth with CS today and not once have they provided a tracking number or an alternate replacement with a different type of delivery other than USPS.

I only get back emails that state it takes 6-12 hours for a response. Do better Thera Hair.

I finally had to dispute this item with my bank since they purposefully would not provide a solution or tracking number.

Beware of doing business with this brand. They are not trustworthy. I did not believe other reviews and thought that they were an exaggeration, but not until you are in that position do you not appreciate the warnings.

Below is the email they sent me stating a delay in tracking number details. NEVER EVER have I heard of such a thing!

Was doing ok, not great, with a couple of orders but now…..I placed an order for tonic and it hasn’t shipped in over a week. Very disappointed and frustrated.
Update: now they are lying! They just emailed me that they shipped my order but it was shipped back due to a carrier issue. The status never showed shipped and has only shown, for 2 weeks, not shipped yet. This is a scam company!

It looks like fraud. My hairbrush has arrived according to the consignment number. But according to the DHL delivery person, the parcel was not addressed to me. I have not received anything and customer support is not responding.

Update: I got the Thera brush after many many mails from my side half a year later…

I ordered the Therabrush, but even before I received it, I decided I no longer needed it or wanted it. I immediately emailed the company. I reached out regarding a refund and received a prompt response, giving me the instructions to return the item in order to receive my money back. After I sent the item, I misplaced my receipt. I was supposed to send them the information they asked for from the receipt. After looking for the receipt for weeks, I finally decided to just reach out and see if they would help me. I’m so thankful that they took the time to use the basic information that I gave them and honor the refund within a couple of days of receiving my email. It was my mistake and they still went the extra mile to make it right for me. Great customer service.

I want to amend my review of the Therabrush Company. After writing a negative review out of sheer frustration, this company reached out to me, apologized for the confusion, made good on their guarantee and refunded my $ in full. I want to thank them for their customer support. Unfortunately the product wasn’t working for me, but it’s not to say others may have a different result.
Thank you Therabrush for your attention to this issue.

Absolute garbage! Took forever to receive it, then when I finally got it, it leaked water out the charging port. Contacted the company to return it, they won’t refund my money, they said they would send another one. I’m still waiting, haven’t received anything. I think cheap and scammy!

Ordered and never received, they refused to refund me or replace even with proof via photos/video the order was never delivered. DO NOT USE THEM, DO NOT TRUST A COMPANY that does that to their customers. They will not do the right thing and they will keep your money. Not worthy of 1 star.

I ordered a brush and it was sent back to the sender, I didn't get my money back. I am very sad. No customer service and I don’t have the product but paid for it.
No recommendation! I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give less!

Make sure you mix the oil with a little warm water, otherwise adding only oil will clog the steamer, and adding cold water will create a cold steam which won’t open up the hair follicles or help absorb the oil into your scalp. The massage and light works great.

There was no red light nor blue light or steam. I was charged 65 dollars. This could have been a great product smh.

It's a scam company, didn't deliver my order within 15 days and then when it arrived the quality is sooo cheap! I paid 45£ for such a cheap quality product. The same product is available on eBay and Amazon for about 10£. They don't reply on time and at all. They product came from china and when I asked them about the return then asked me to send it to UAS and from list of specific companies which charge 45£. This is pathetic. You can get the SAMEEE Thing on shien and eBay too for 8-10£

This company is a scam. Don’t belive what they say about 30 day return. I was super disappointed of their product, returned the brush, and never got my money back. I emailed customer service, no answer. I also bought their rosemary oil, and turns out there isnt even any rosemary in the oil. Its some sort of oil blend, and it feels watery and doesnt smell like rosemary at all. It’s clearly some counterfeit product. I can’t even believe this company is still alive by lying and scamming ppl like this.

I received my brush, but the steam doesn't work. I sent an email to the customer service address but no one has responded. Like most of the other reviews, it appears to be a common complaint regarding customer service.

Scam! Don’t buy! No customer service number. If you contact through email, you get an automated generic reply not addressing your issue. If you even get your order it will not work. Only way to get a refund is to dispute through your credit card. Total scam!!!

This company will nor respond to you and when I received the brush it wouldn't work . I send the item back to them . Im still dealing with my credit card company to credit me for the product .

The company is a scam. Ordered by accident, tried to cancel within a few hours and they said no. Weeks later recieved a cheap brush that doesn’t even work. Paid shipping to return the lousy thing, now no refund. Will contact better business and discover and dispute . They recieved brush on Nov 27 and I have heard nothing. Stay clear of these scammers
