Great service from Gary at The Recliner…
Great service from Gary at The Recliner Store. Very responsive to enquiry emails and was able to provide useful advice. The chair arrived in less than 3 weeks, as promised. Delivery and set up went smoothly with plenty of notice regarding arrival time. We are very pleased with the chair and can thoroughly recommend The Recliner Store, would certainly use again.

Great Service From Start to Finish
This firm is spot on. Really straightforward transaction. I ordered a riser recliner in leather for my 80 year old mother and she is delighted and she's really difficult to please. A top quality item for a great price. I called Gary and talked through order but could have ordered on line also. Delivery all as planned. Arrived on time, set it all up with demo, took all the packing away and the old chair.
Excellent service all round.

Very Comfortable
So far so good. My leather riser recliner was delivered this morning. The delivery men were very pleasant. The quality seems to be very good and I hope it will outlive the 5 year warranty. Considering that I ordered before Christmas the delivery time has been better than expected.

I did wonder about buying a recliner on line but I am delighted to say it has been a perfect transaction - straightforward and problem free from ordering to delivery - and I would highly recommend The Recliner Store. The recliner store was so easy to deal with. Gary is so helpful and although I changed my mind often he was always polite. The celebrity range of riser recliners were excellent. Delivery was spot on and they took the old chairs away. Prices were right compared to a lot of other companies. Would recommend them always. Roy Fletcher, Chester.

1st Class Service
The riser recliner I purchased is excellent. Its so comfy and has all the extras i needed. The ordering was so easy. It really is made to order esp for you. Delivery was great. The 2 guys that delivered ,unpacked and set up in the room. They cleared up after them and were so friendly. I highly recommend the recliner store. You wont regret your purchase.

It has been a really positive experience ordering my recliner chair from The Recliner Store! Gary was so helpful in answering all my preorder queries and kept me informed about the delivery. My chair arrived yesterday and the delivery team were friendly and polite. The chair is good quality and super comfortable; it’s worth every penny, and I saved over £300 on my order in comparison to the price offered from competitors. I won’t hesitate to order from The Recliner Store in the future.
