I was looking for a replacement controller, which no-one seemed able to find, and eventually left a message for Gary late on a Friday. He got back to me that evening, worked out what the problem was, identified the correct part number and got the product straight in the post to me on Monday morning. It works a treat. Great service!

Very efficient service. After telephoning to make enquiries, I was able to visit the showroom, try out and select a chair, then it was delivered the same day as I lived local. The chair is comfortable and the mechanism is extremely quiet. I would highly recommend The Recliner Store.

I was looking for a recliner riser for my wife and saw the company on the internet. I telephoned them and spoke to Gary he was very helpful and we arranged to meet him. When we visited him he was very helpful and showed us a few chairs he let my wife try them and he did not try to pressure her to rush or influence her to by any one chair but instead that she took her time and decided witch one she wanted. It was a nice change not to have pressure on you but be allowed to take your time and think about things. He delivered the chairs on the date and time that we wanted.He was very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone

We turned up at the show room unexpectedly, Gary was happy to Show my elderly Mum and I the Recliner chairs in the show room,
Which was comfortable and warm. Mum felt very at ease and found it easy to choose which chair was comfortable and for her. Gary is very friendly and very helpful. The chairs are really good value for money. Delivery was very quick and they took all of the packaging away with them, and they set up the chair where my mum wanted it. What an excellent company. I was looking for a company who could deliver within two weeks. Everyone else had an 11 week turnaround, but Gary (bless his cotton socks) could get a chair to my 92 year old mum within two. This was in spite of the fact that the whole firm were on a much deserved weeks break. He was out in the snow in the Bradford countryside when I first spoke to him. NB this chair got excellent reviews and was not some off the shelf item from China
