The Recliner Store Avis 

It was a gift to me from my daughter as being now in my nineties l needed a hair to recline in l am finding the chair comfortable and very useful.

Great service were delivered on time as advised. The chairs are as described and are very comfortable we are very pleased with the whole transaction.

To be honest I do not usually buy online especially a big item that I need to see and test before I buy. But I did go to town sat on one it was lovely. So I went on line to find other stores to buy cheaper. To no avail but found your company was over £300 each chair cheaper so I ordered from you got first class service can not fault your company

Already the wood on the arms on both sides has come through the thin packing. 8 weeks old and cost £1869 I have to in form company yet should not send out goody’s in this state.

my order turned up september 9 via your delivery white van team, two lads were very pushy and said were in hurry to get back,( needed off and go). I inspected settee on truck and told them no way was this being unloaded.It was damaged all over, plastic single cover was ripped had been upside down in transit as top of settee had black marks on the material like staining.Comments were it will clean.I still cannot believe a company attempting to deliver such crap.I complained, a refund was given but no apologies,UNRELIABLE COMPANY. The owners of the store were very friendly and helpful. Even though I lived too far from the store to try out the recliners, they assured me that there was a no-questions-asked moneyback guarantee if the recliners were not suitable.

Whenever I had a question, they were very quick to respond and provided guidance in filling out the tax exemption form and tried to contact the manufacturer to find out where the serial numbers were to complete the warranty card.

During delivery and assembly, the owner was available to answer questions when the fitters found extra cables with nowhere to plug them.

Was unsure about ordering a chair online for my aunt but I felt reassured after speaking to the lovely gentleman who explained all of the options and was so helpful. Highly recommended.

Ordered took a bit longer but covid did that as parts were from America but guys who delivered it were without doubt brilliant it was hard for them to bring in but they never gave up

From my initial enquiry until receipt of delivery details, the company could not have been more helpful, patiently answering every query, however trivial. I purchased this chair to relieve back problems and 5 months on I continue to feel the benefit. The chair is of excellent quality and looks good too! The only niggle, albeit a small one, is that the delivery drivers were reluctant to ensure the electrics worked before leaving. Upon my insistence they stood by whilst I connected the power source. Not sure why this should be.

My purchase was done over the phone. Details were taken and a delivery date arranged. The delivery was swift and efficient. A lovely gentleman was in charge all the time.
