I don’t understand their gauge for condition because my less than perfect phone looks, feels and works just like new. I had difficulty with updating the iPad without a PC and Nelson and the team at the refurbished apple store were exceptional with assisting with tips to try and also offered me a full refund minus shipping back to them which I did not mind paying. They get 5 stars from me for customer service.

This would be my second purchase from “The Refurbished Apple Store” and I am absolutely pleased!! I bought an iMac and it is absolutely perfect, you honestly wouldn’t think that it was refurbished. It runs nice and smooth. I will definitely make some more future purchases from here.
