SO i have utilised this company for many years. They have replaced my windows twice. Replaced my porch and remodelled the main bathroom. Currently have the upstairs toilet done and a gate built.

They are my go to company. Not the cheapest but the most reliable. The guys doing the work turn up when they say they will turn up normally about (8.30) and do a solid day being neat and tidy when they leave.

Dealt with Lee a number of times now. He is a businessman and a sales man but under all that I do believe he wants a win win situation

Being a customer of theirs for many years I have found the reliable, even when having to fix problems some time after the work was done, and it does happen.

So yes 10 out of 10

Just had these guys to supply and fit new front door and they have done a great job. I would highly recommend them . They turned up on time and worked all day without a break. I have already recommended them to my daughter and she will be in touch soon, and to a couple of neighbours who have asked for details. Nothing negative at all to say about these great guys. Thank you guys

This Liverpool company is TOXIC. They make promises then deny it. Lee Parry cannot be trusted. I strongly advise you to find another company.

This company have harassed me for over 4 years with insistent frequent sales calls. I ask them every time to remove my details from their system and they assure me they will, but they don't. I am totally fed up with their aggressive sales techniques. Even if I wanted work doing now, I would NEVER USE T.H.I

Recently had THI in to fit artificial grass in my yard. Really pleased with the results and friendly service. Now looking forward to sitting out there in the sunshine!

Had a front door fitted by this company excellent service very happy with the work and quality

Last month we went with THI to have a canopy over our front door replaced and a new roof installed on our decade old conservatory. I'm happy to say all the work was of a very high standard and the workers in question were very friendly and respectful whilst in our home.
I would reccomend thermal home improvments to anyone who's looking quality products at affordable prices.

They charged my 80yr old mum who it was obiously wasvulnerable(sadly passed away in Dec hence how we have come to deal with this) £12000 for a small bathroom change yo make it easier for her

Despite getting price from 2 other companies who deal with assisted bathrooms who both gave a price of max £6000 THI stated thier prices are thier prices and basically tough workmanship is appalling .. this problem will now be taken further not happy with the attitude case of we had our money so tough.. i would never recommend this company

I got 2 bathrooms done in my apartment they said 2 weeks it’s been 7 weeks and the work is still outstanding , I have a leak in the pipes they caused working on the first bathroom . They told me they had gone through the pipes but had fixed it the pipes on the toilet wall . I am now constantly having to top up my water pressure in the boiler to get heat it goes to zero all the time the booker is s year old . Also they have put the shower pipes on the wrong way in the en-suite can’t use the shower it’s either scorching hot or freezing cold . This is an awful company I tried to get my refund back but they refused stating my items had been ordered . Turns out they hadn’t as that was part of the any delays ! So they lied to keep my money and business! I wish I had stuck to my guns and never proceeded with them . They also have one man on the job who is subcontracted and pressured to take on more jobs whilst doing yours . He gets paid for 10 days work even if the job takes longer . They don’t help design your bathroom either . The sales pitch in your home is intimidating too looking back this is where the problems began being on your own and having a strange male in your house is intimidating I didn’t expect that and sakes pitch . Now im in fear of my neighbour below me making a claim due the damages they have done to the property impacted upon and insurances claims never mind the safety issues I’m facing due to the poor installation. It’s Christmas and I’ve paid a lot of money to have a lot of trouble . When I should be enjoying the festivities I’m left worried sick Please don’t use this company . I will let you know how I get on getting these issues resolved . I wish I would have checked trust pilot first as the poor reviews speak for themselves

These are scammers , pressured my elderly dad into handing over 2 grand and have never done any work, constantly called, e mailed , even visited blag shop on bold street liverpool with no joy,

Don’t fall for the sales pitch! This company are guilty of malpractice. We have never received our refund due to us. We paid a £1000 deposit for proposed works. 48hrs later we decided to cancel and informed them via email and phone, well within a 14 day cool off period. They don’t respond to emails and we can never speak to anyone to resolve the matter as everyone is “in a meeting” or “out of office” but no one ever rings you back. They are extremely unprofessional and do not follow through with anything that you discuss with them. I wish I hadn’t bothered asking for a quote after door to door sales man came knocking. Stay way clear of them! Be warned! I just hope people read these messages so no one else gets ripped off!

Steer clear of this company. Absolute trouble, during block installation they allowed a young lad to use an excavator which damaged my house (Nov.23), it’s July 2024 now and they are refusing to correct the damage. They have refused to carry out the sealing of the block work and refused to say why. They are rotten to the core. Go to a reputable company.

Fantastic company, did my conservatory roof so it’s now a usable room and then I’ve just had my block paving done. A very challenging job for them as the ground was very rocky but they carried on regardless. Would recommend them to anyone.

I agree with the last review I wish I could have written this without a star I would have this company are absolute cow boys in everyway they work. Customer service is appalling. Manual works is trash and as ttitude of workmen and admin support is diabolical. They are scallwags using a posh company name to sound professional. They sent out an inspector when we complained about the state of the patio which included a Mish mash of we hat looked like odd bod batches of stone. There was no sequence the the pattern of the flags and the gaps were two to three inches filled with cement. It was an absolute disgrace. The borders around the grass were filled in with cement so there was a gap of about 10 inches were the grass couldn't grow to the edge of the border and the amount of lime they used killed all of my shrubs. I am still not able to grow anything. The so called inspector who came out to respond to our complaint looked like a meat head he had been put in a suit to make him look professional. He didn't have a clue and said there was nothing wrong with the work and we needed to pay up which was put in a threatening manner. My husband told him to leave as it was obvious he was going to do nothing. They then had the cheek to say my husband had threatened him. The admin worker was no better. He demanded to know what the name was of the organisation my husband worked for. Why was this relevant? It sounded like some sort of veiled threat. Do not use this company. I do not want anyone else being so disappointed and out of pocket for a awful job.

If I could write this review without giving a star I would. THis company has left our home looking worse than before and not only cosmetically is it worse off, but also safety wise. The door is a safety hazard with locking mechanism on show, there is a 1cm gap between the door and frame which the company say is 'normal'. The windows have gaps and workmanship is shoddy. The house is colder than before and their lack of care for the customer is disgraceful. Be aware once you complain you will be fobbed off and eventually ignored leaving you with no other option than to go down a legal route!!! Oh and also the positive reviews on their Facebook page come from their own staff who we have had the displeasure to have met!!!!!! DO NOT BE CONNED as this has been going on for over a year now for us. How I wish we never came across them!!!!!!

My elderly mother paid an £800 deposit after they turned up at her home to sell her a driveway. Due to ailing health at the time, the work was canceled within cooling off period (14 days) of contract signing. After almost a year of chasing and promises of a refund, we have never got the deposit back.
