Having taken several rugs back to other stores due to suitability and poor quality I visited The Rug Shop on a recommendation. The rug arrived very promptly and well packaged. It is absolutely beautiful.
The quality the colours the feel and it looks gorgeous in my lounge.

False description of rug
Bought two matching rugs from this company for my conservatory. Description on their website says they were ‘anti-fade’ which is why I bought these particular ones. One of the rugs has faded badly and now looks a completely different colour to the other. Company refuses to exchange as they say it’s outside of their 30 day returns policy! Utterly disgraceful that they refuse to accept that the description on their website is not true. I am now taking legal action against this company.
