I purchased a rug a month ago from this company and was advised this had been dispatched and was with the courier. After a week of no updates from courier I contacted and advised I had not received the rug, they advised it was lost and would send a replacement.
However tracking number or code was not provided when asked twice and they stopped replying to my messages. After another week of this I contacted them to complain and they advised it was out for delivery however when I phoned to make a formal complaint about the whole process I was advised the order wasn’t out for delivery and they could send a replacement for the replacement that was apparently due to be delivered? This made zero sense and highlighted they had clearly been mucking me about with my order, I was given 15% off for all my troubles which is very poor and rug still hasn’t appeared.
Order number 071184 if any staff care to actually sort this??? Very hard to get through to customer service line so have had to resort to leaving this review!!

It was difficult to know when the rug was going to be delivered. The tracking did not work, an email and phone call did not speed up delivery. The rug arrived unannounced. Happy with rug

Love rug this its my 3rd one

Our local furniture store wanted over £500 for the same rug that I bought here for £295! It was delivered in 5 days - quicker than my local store! It was so good that I bought another one to match and together they look great in my house.

Easy to order,plenty of choices on the website. Delivery was quick. The rug was very well packaged. Very happy with my purchase.

Lots of choices and different sizes available. Was after a specific style of rug and this was the only website I found offering more than just 1 size of it. Delivery was great as well, will definitely be coming back when needed.

Was very disappointed with the quality of this rug. Although it was only £100.00 the quality if it is poor like something you would order of Temu so would expect to pay half the price.

Not only that the rug would not play flat after leaving weight on it over night. I made a complaint regarding this and the poor quality for the price and the customer service I received was not great. Although they did contact me back quick they resolution was poor and offered me to pay an additional £19.00 for postage to return the item even though the issue being with the condition/quality of the product.

I provided photographs as requested and did everything g they asked. They made it so long and complicated that in the end I given up trying to return the item as they want me to show them the item pack before providing a returns label

Eventually after doing everything asked they offered me to return the item but would have to send pictures of it wrapped up securely before issuing it. As no retuning packing was provided I didn’t proceed as it was more hassle to put on top of everything.Personally I would order again from this site because if the poor quality of the product and not great customer service

Customer Service was really helpful when I emailed to ask for help in buying another rug the same as the last one
