Great selection, value and fast delivery
Found a rung here at a more competitive price than another retailer. Great selection, delivery was fast with good communication throughout. The rug is good quality and just like the picture online. Will definitely use again.

I ordered a rug from somewhere else but…
I ordered a rug from somewhere else but after a week it failed to show! I then found the same rug in the rug shop. They were brilliant. It was ordered and delivered within 5 days and is fantastic. Thank you so much

Avoid at all costs absolute shambolic…
Avoid at all costs absolute shambolic company , we ordered a rug and a runner paid the money and waited for delivery. Upon delivery we opened the rugs only to find they where the wrong colour. I rang them immediately and after the phone rang for 17 minutes they finally answered. They insisted we took pictures of both rugs and the labels on the back to prove they where wrong . Waited a other week for a response then they said rugs would be collected and a refund given. My wife took the day off work on the day of collection because they couldn't give us a collection slot.. Guess what no one turned up they blamed the courier company . They then gave us another collection day and said if we missed the collection we would have to pay a £30 penalty !!! Finally got rugs collected but was still another 10 days before we got our refund, what a way to run a business

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are genuinely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused.
We completely understand your disappointment after receiving rugs that were not the colour ordered. As soon as you contacted us, we investigated the issue with the supplier and requested photographs of the rugs and labels so that the discrepancy could be verified and the return arranged correctly.
Unfortunately, the collection process was managed through the supplier and their courier. We appreciate your frustration when the first collection did not take place as planned, especially after your wife had taken a day off work. A new collection date then had to be arranged. We also understand your concerns regarding the potential £30 missed collection charge, which was part of the courier's collection policy and not a charge imposed by ourselves, as the courier only attends for the specific order and collection arranged.
Regarding the refund, we would also like to clarify that we did initially process your refund. Unfortunately, for reasons outside of our control, that refund was subsequently reversed back to us rather than reaching you successfully. Once you contacted us again and brought this to our attention, we immediately checked the situation, investigated what had happened, and processed the refund again to ensure that the matter was resolved.
While we appreciate that the overall process took longer than anyone would have liked, we continued to work towards a resolution, resulting in the collection of the rugs and the successful refund of your order.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet the standards we aim to provide and have taken on board your feedback regarding the incorrect item supplied, communication delays, collection issues and refund process. Thank you for your patience while the matter was resolved.
