I completed a Level 2 qualification with The Skills Network and had a fantastic learning experience. The online learning flexibility was great for a busy mum like me. I liked the detailed, constructive feedbacks from the tutors, it kept me motivated throughout the course. I can’t recommend The Skills Network highly enough!

Really enjoyed picking up learning again, the course material was informative and easy to navigate. The feedback from the tutor was constructive and directed you to other learning material.

My only criticism was the time frame for completion wasn't as flexible as advertised.

My experience was great the cours e was online and I was given a tutor i answer questions and they answered them promptly and I was given feedback the only downfall I found was that the text could have been in a clearer font

I did request a call back from support once I had started the course and unfortunately they never called me, I had to call support who profusely apologised for the error. I received the support needed to complete and pass my course. I would recommend the company even with the couple of mishaps I had.

I enjoyed the course and learnt a lot. It was good to have feedback after each assignment was completed and assessed.

I thought it was amazing, super simple and good course. Don't get me wrong there was a lot of work to do but by completing my level 2, I have now moved on to doing my A-levels .... all because of the confidence the skills network gave me ! THANK YOU 😊

A good course with great support

This course is excellent. The PPTs are very clear, and there are plenty of resources for the project work. The course is also highly interactive, so learning never feels boring.

My assessor Tracy was very supportive. Whenever my work needed resubmission , she provided clear and detailed feedback on what needed to be improved and how to improve it. I would highly recommend this course.

I have done two Level 2 courses under The Skills Network management. For both the tutors, feedback and support were excellent. I was really engaged with the process and the learning opportunity. I was able to have longer when I asked and felt the 'pressure' was just right to keep me going without stressing. I am very grateful to have been able learn whilst being fully funded.
