Decent Product, Terrible Customer Service
There are two sides to this review. The product and Customer Service of Smartbud. This is particularly for the standard Smartbud, not any pro version.
Firstly the product. This would get 4 stars if it was the only thing I was reviewing. I've used this product for a few years now, and find it is a better product than the widespread alternative, which is cotton buds. Having a camera does allow you to see what is going on while you are cleaning your ear, and take care around the sensitive areas that you would not be able to otherwise. While health professionals would tell you even this product is a bad idea, if you are going to clean your ears anyway, this is a better alternative. However I would not say this is a cheaper alternative. The tips do wear out relatively fast, and need replacing at £5 a pop. The device itself has varying build quality and often lasts 8-12 months. I have not tried other ear cleaning devices so can not compare to them, but I would say this is a suitable device for the job at hand.
However I would say avoid buying directly from Smartbud themselves. I have purchased from them multiple times, and the last few times I have found they are slow. The customer service is generally unresponsive, and always uses the excuse of stock levels when they do respond. This is despite their website claiming they will deliver in 2 days. The last time I ordered from them to replace my broken smartbud, there was no response for 6 weeks, before they cancelled my order when I emailed them asking for an update. You would be better off ordering via Amazon instead.

Have ordered with them before & had no issue, but this time round has been a nightmare.
I ordered with them on the 3rd of August, 7 weeks later & have still not received my order.
Have contacted them multiple times in this time & was told the two items was out of stock and was told they would be sent when in stock.
But still heard nothing since, I’ve not had a problem with them before but this time round I’ve had nothing but problems!
I doubt I’ll actually receive my items so will be contacting my bank in hopes to get my money back.
No idea what’s happened to this company but I do not recommend ordering from them & to stay clear of this company!!

Ordered replacement ear tips in July and they never arrived. No response from Smartbud despite numerous messages. Totally ignored and out of pocket. Wouldn’t not recommend.

Ordered some new tips on 16th August. They haven't arrived still and no response to my attempts to contact them.

Really useful tool! The camera is great and the tips are replaceable so it will last a long time.
Reputable company now non existent
Were a really reputable company and good service but this time round has been a nightmare. Ordered, paid extra for quicker delivery and 3 weeks later no order, order status says confirmed and as a result raised with bank due to no product and out of pocket.
Disappointing and no apparent reason why they no longer respond to queries and emails.

Product not received

Have not received my order and no replies from the emails ive sent. Not good enough. I've ordered from them before and had no issue but this time just had an order confirmed email last monday and then nothing further like other reviews are saying. I would now like a refund but they don't make it clear on the website how to do it.

Don't expect to receive your items
I have ordered from this company before.
Tomorrow I will have been waiting 4 weeks for a product which was supposed to have been delivered within 24 hours. They've ignored emails, despite receiving an automated email saying someone would respond within 24 hours.
I will never order from this company again, especially after reading numerous other reviews saying similar!
