The smart bud is great
The smart bud is great. What annoys me is that you cannot buy the spoon style tips separate from the microphone style tips. I don’t like those ones ands therefore have wastage from every refill pack. Please amend your offerings accordingly to become more eco friendly

If I could give lower than 1 star then I would! My experience is much the same as a lot of the recent reviewers. I had put an order in for the Smartbud months ago. Keep getting told that a shipment is yet to come in, recently I was told it was being held by port authorities! Either way they should not advertise a product on the website which is unavailable. It should be marked as out of stock. The customer service has been dire. Don’t buy anything from this company unless you want to be conned out of your money.
Terrible customer service and order never arrived
Terrible customer service, never got a response from my messages. Said they were sending my order out and that Royal Mail had received it, only to get another email 10 minutes later telling me that they actually had no smart buds left in stock and would have to wait 5 days before they could send out to me.
That was the on the 7th July, never received my order, never got a response as I mentioned above, I had to make a dispute with the bank to get my money back.
Takes ages i ordered like 2 months ago…
Takes ages i ordered like 2 months ago they ended up telling me that they didn't have stock after I ordered so I emailed them and then they cancelled it when I didn't ask them to cancel it so I waited a few weeks ordered again because they said they had stock in again
But nope round 2 of no stock been a month since now and still not delivery I would totally avoid this company all together and the support are also usless can't read emails properly

Honestly a game changer
Honestly a game changer. Have suffered with my ears for so long and there is only so many times I can tolerate lying on my side with oil in my ear for. Couldn’t recommend more and my whole family has brought one now. No damage to my ears, no more pain

Fantastic
The smart bud pro is well worth the money I have used mine for all the family ranging from 2 to 85 and it's worked amazingly especially for my 85 year old grandfather who has issue with his hearing and was previously paying to get his ears done now it's done in the comfort of is own home and costing his nothing

Stopped working and no replacement
Stopped working and similar to experiences on here I was asked to send a video. Having done that I was told it could be a hardware issue and was offered £10 off my next purchase - even though their product was faulty. Not sure why they think I would repurchase!
Good function but poor customer services
The camera is sharp and it’s easy to use. But when my order was delayed, emails went unanswered for weeks.

This is a fantastic product. It is so much better than the cotton tips and is invaluable to maintain clean ears. I love this and other items that I have from this company.
Purchased the Smartbud Flush 23/12/24…
Purchased the Smartbud Flush 23/12/24 as a gift. Really good machine hence the score of 2. In May 25 it stopped charging. Contacted Smartbud who made us jump through hoops asking for a video so they could see for themselves. Replied saying it was a hardware issue and if I wanted to purchase another one, I should order online using no discount codes and they will send me a £10 refund! This was £99.99 when purchased but now online discounted to £49.99. Why would I pay full price for a £10 refund. Makes no sense to me and I have had no further communication from them. Great machine but terrible customer service. I would expect it to last more than 6months. Will not be buying from this company again.
They should honour a hardware issue as faulty and replace it. Perhaps a change in policy would be good.
