The sale was procesed and completed rapidly. The instructions on how to upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro were clear and easy to follow. The upgrade took about 1 minutes to complete. I lost no access or data after the upgrade was complete.

Apparently I did not read the instructions and didn't realize installation could take over 5 hours. I didn't know if I had to stay by computer the whole time. I think I excaped and install didn't happen. I set up a new time for an install but wondered if there was some way we could go back and complete where it ended. Help. I've never did stuff like this before. Sorry. My fault, not yours.

Transaction went through in less than 10 mins and I had my Mircosoft software license. Went and downloaded the software and activated it with out a problem. Will use them again.

Once we communicated with a representative, James Pham, and explained what we encountered, he explained what occurred (an upgrade in the software we were sent) we were able to successfully load the software. When we first saw the download, we thought we had made a mistake. He explained the situation and all was good.

When I purchased the software to take a test, my computer wouldn't run it. They reached out to help me get around that I issue/offer me a refund when I let them know.

Placing the order was simple and straight forward. If I had realized that I would have to wait days to have it installed I probably would have tried to do it myself. I do not have a camera or microphone on my computer so this should be interesting! It appears your program will be easy to use. If I could cancel the tech help I would probably do so and just try to install it myself. I needed to use the program asap so I had to use someone else's computer..

needed Microsoft Home and Student 2019 for a new laptop. Followed given instructions and activated the S/W and it worked.

I paid the extra fee to have James install MS office. It was well worth it.
He was fast and trustworthy.
When done he asked if I liked what he did and if I wanted him to do anything else. Great service and well worth the extra money and tip I gave him. The programs all work and no more license fees or subscriptions. Great deal!

Price is awesome, purchase is easy, get it in Canadian currency. Used Software Keep for years but this is my new go-to for any local Office installs when I can avoid a subscription.

The initial decision to purchase was between Office 2024 or 2021. James guided me through the various version options and cost. I decided on Office 2021 as it was so affordable for two licenses. I needed support for the first installation since my previous version was Office 2013 (install CD). James assisted me through the “new” Microsoft installation process.

I haven't been able to download Windows 11 since I purchased it from you. I can't seem to locate any instruction on installation. It's a disaster. I would be simpler to just send me a disc with the program on it.

I purchased office professional 2021 plus from software city .com, and ran into difficulties on installation due windows installation problem which was discovered later. Never the less When I requested help I had plenty of help on line and also spent lot of time probably 4 hours or so trying to solve it remotely they never gave up. Lot of effort which I greatly appreciated, and very nice people to deal with. Would recommend their service.

Although my initial attempt to install the purchased software, my inexperience with the PC environment probably caused my frustration. When support set up a call with me, they had it loaded and ready in less than five minutes. Probably user error. :)

Very good instructions on download process. Just took my time and followed instructions step by step of the video. A lot better since I own the product with the product key.

This looks like a great smartwatch, but be aware! It probably has more functions than you thought. BUT, it has NO instruction manual, and it is not at all intuitive! There is no way to control the volume for the watch. There is no vibrate function. There is no way to chose which functions that appear on the watch face. At least, if there are ways to do these things, there is no instruction available as to how to do it. Damn shame as it is a nice looking watch with a ton of functions. Great idea, just not ready for prime time.

The person didn't explain anything, they just installed the software and left without further explanation. I was very disappointed.
