Customer service for this company is top of the list. We purchased Microsoft Office. The installation went very smooth. The company followed up with me to see if there were any issues. That is very unusual now a days. It's good to know that if there are any issues, that the company is there to help.

I changed my mind after ordering. My sony vaio laptop is over 11 years old with Windows 7. I requested a refund. Their phone # is bogus! No one has contacted me about a refund I requested the same day I placed the order. I'll be contacting my bank to investigate this company and get my money back.

I had hoped when I purchased windows down load would be available as with other windows products. When I realized an installer was required at additional cost from same vendor (bate & switch) I acquiesced, however further on in the process my installer being in Vietnam was just a bridge to far.

If you're a bit leery about ordering software online, let me put your mind at ease. This company is great. Product worked perfectly, price was amazing and installation was quite honestly, a piece of cake (even if you're not a techie -which, I'm definitely not).
