I was having problems getting started with the Office package and Software City offered to provide help. It was greatly appreciated that they would followup and stand behind their product.

It was the fastest transaction I have ever done. By the time I paid for it I had an e-mail in my inbox with all the info I needed. Installed great. Thank you for the highest level of service.

I could have used a step by step set of instructions for retrieving and installing Office 2021.

I purchased MS Office 2016 specifically to obtain Publisher. Had no issue loading the program but couldn't find Publisher or Outlook. Left a message and scheduled a chat at 1040pm. I wasn't aware it was going to be on Teamview so wasn't prepared for it. Once online the chat went very well, my files needed were found and pinned for me. Thank you very much. In my mid 70s and the transfer from Win10 to Win11 has been frustrating. James Pham removed a huge amount of that frustration. I will be using The Software City more in the future now that I know of the excellent tech support.

Bought Microsoft Office 2024 because I did not want the hassle of Office 365. I had a problem with the installation and when I emaild them they responded quickly and the installation continued successfully. I've dealt with other companies in the past that neve got back to me or responded a week later.. From now on I'll check Software City first!

At first I was disappointed because it was clear that I was getting the same software I had given up on (365 Office). Though I was glad to be rid of recurring charges every year. I hate the way windows was changed (not sizable). Then I bit the bullet and took the time to figure out a workaround for using Dragon with pre-sized windows, Besides this, the process was transparent and functional.

being in my 60s having an expert to install the programme was amazing. took the stress out of trying to do this on my own. thank u so much James.

My PC is about 5+ years old and was running on Windows 10. I purchased the Windows 11 upgrade. I bought it and installed it within an hour. The installation process was pretty straight forward, but then I checked on the status of the system to confirm it all was good and found out that it was not. I got a message that my PC didn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11. I was pissed and assumed I would not be able to get my $90 back. I looked for a number to call, but could not find one, and wasn't happy all I could do was send a message via chat. That did not make me happy. However, shortly thereafter I received an email and given the option of choosing a time slot to talk with a tech person. There were evening options available, 1/2 hour apart that same day and grabbed the 8pm slot. James Pham was great. Largely due to a problem of my computer's speed, he worked with me for over 3 hours. While I didn't like the idea of communicating only via chat, his English was great and communicating was not a problem. While it was scary to turn over control of my PC, I am glad I did. He even communicated with me the following day by email to assure that Windows 11 was up and properly running.

Ordering and downloading the software was easy, fast and an enjoyable experience compared to other software companies.

Hello Software City! These are guys are the real deal. The link provided after payment was almost immediate and the upload was flawless. I have all I need to run the suite of programs on our laptop w/o the huge payment to Microsoft and their annual payments.

Installation: The tech responded quickly to emails and suggested steps to get the software installed.

When I first received the software for download, I had trouble with the download. I was very frustrated. Then I realized there were other versions of the software still on my laptop. Once I studied the instructions on how to get rid of the other versions, things went very smooth. Thank You!
