Really fast shipping
Really fast shipping! And really fair pricing. The only disappointment I had was with the dubai chocolate bar. There was little to no filling in some of it. But I will be buying again - just not the dubai chocolate.

Never use this company
We ordered a case of 12 cans of American Dr Pepper as a Christmas gift for someone particularly hard to buy for and The Sweets Hub sent us a box that had already been opened - without even taping it up first 🤦🏻♀️. Naturally this resulted in a completely torn and battered box arriving to us having been repackaged by Royal Mail but minus one can. Then to add insult to injury we noticed two of the cans we did receive weren’t even Dr Pepper but some Sprite variety.
In fairness to The Sweets Hub when we contacted them they did issue a refund of £3.75 for the three missing cans but their message effectively just said ‘whoops, our bad. We’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again’ - the bare minimum. Yes they made it even but absolutely no attempt to make it right, not even a small percentage off a future order (not that they’ll be one now) as an apology or act of goodwill for the mess they made that was 100% avoidable.
Perfect when we’re just days away from Christmas. So now I have to joy of giving a ‘case’ of Dr Pepper that basically looks half used, in a torn and battered box with some lose change thrown in because that’s basically the same thing … right?

Quickly solved problem
The moment I contacted The Sweets Hub to say my parcel had gone missing they acted immediately and sent it via a different company which delivered it the next day and also provided an apology and an explanation as to why fedex had failed to deliver it.
