I recently ordered two sweaters from this company. The sweaters were made of cheap polyester and were way too large - I ordered a medium. I contacted the company no less than 4 times to make a return ( advertised 30 day return policy) I was told to take photos of the items including tags and wait to hear back - they then tried to request that I order replacement items & pay for shipping or keep the items & pay to have new items shipped. I was never provided with a return address or method after 4 attempts and then learned I would not be able to return them to US but China , wait for them to arrive there and then receive approval for credit on the return
The product is trash and they are not reputable

If I could give 0 stars I would. The quality is HORRIBLE. Nothing like what was pictured and it ships from overseas so returns are nearly impossible. They offer you 10% back or you can pay for overseas shipping! I wish I had read more reviews before purchasing!!

I had a question about the measurements before buying a jacket and sent a message to customer service. They got back to me with the information I needed although it took until the following day. I went ahead with the order and the jacket fits comfortably.

Scamming people....selling cheap unwearable merchandise...nothing like posted on their website.. unable to return because name and address are fake....

If I had seen this sweater in person, I would have never ordered. The fabric was itchy and it was poor workmanship. Although, they advertise full refund, they neglected to state that you had to send the item back to China with tracking at your own cost. It is more money to send the item back then the purchase price. They offered a 20% refund and told me to keep the sweater. This has confirmed that I will never order from a company that advertises on Facebook again. I should have gone with my first instinct and scrolled right on by.

1. Poor quality and fit
2. Required to submit photographs before receiving return instructions.
3. Refund Difficulies. Repeated emails with no hope of straightforward returns.
4. Do NOT trust this company. They falsely advertise "hassle-free" return policy. I am 2 phone calls and 7 emails in and have no refund instructions.
5. They charged my account 3 weeks before I received the merchandise.

This company sells very cheaply made products. They offer hassle-free returns. However, after 3'4 emails back and forth. Where they offered keeping the inferior products, they finally sent return address for China. They know good and well that it costs more to ship back to China than what paid for items originally. Will no longer to business with companies like this. We'll just donate the items to charity in hopes that someone who really needs them can use.

The garment looked nothing like the photo shown in the ad. The fabric was cheap and there was no way to make it look better. Based in China, returns have to be sent to China and from Missouri it would have cost almost $50. To return the $60 item. Do not trust this company.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. The company says they're out of Florida, but you have to ship the absolutely crappy jacket back to China. The price and advertising would leave you to believe they're high quality, bue don't be fooled. This jacket is the worst craftsmanship I've seen. They wanted to give me a 20% discount, but there's no way I would keep, let alone wear and be seen in this. I have to deal with my credit card company now. DO NOT GET FOOLED!

Paid way too much for a pair of shoes that turned out to be crap . Avoid !! Horrible merchandise.

Sorry that I cannot give 0 stars. My elderly mother purchased a jacket. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture in the ad and was of poor quality. The fabric was printed to look like embroidery.i have pictures of the posting and 3 pictures of the garment received. She contacted the vendor who has offered 50% off the price or return to China...shipping far more expensive than the $65 she spent on the jacket. Deceptive advertising and scam business. Buyer beware!

The product was poorly made and not what was shown on pictures. A store was pictured with a family standing on front of it. I saw a note where ALL of this was fake
Disgusted with what I paid for and what I received, all a scam!!

I just got duped also by this fake company. I ordered two of the ruffled jackets that I thought were made of denim. Instead they are made odd some kind of thin polyester type of material, they are irregular in size and short. I thought I had done a pretty good job in researching the Thomas website but clearly, I didn’t. They are offering me a 30% refund and just keep the jackets. That means I loose 70% of my money. If I send them back to China it will cost me about $40. I’m fighting this through my credit card company instead. Don’t know if I’ll have any luck going this route, but I’m going to keep fighting with them. I’m so pissed, I should have done better research!!

Scam. The items are not as advertised on the website. Shipped from China in a plastic bag wrapped in packing tape with no return label. Wrong size, wrong color sweater, synthetic material and no buttons. The buttons were pins positioned to hold the two sides together.
Return offer was 20% to save me the trouble and expense of shipping it back overseas! Absolutely ridiculous scam.

Don't order clothing from this company! The fabric is so cheap that I wouldn't even put it on my dog! Shame on me for not researching this fraudulent company from China, not Palm Beach!!!!

I bought the Lois Boho Ruffled Jacket. The pictures look like the jacket has embroidered details giving the jacket dimension. It looks like it is made of heavier jacket material. What came was a thin blouse style not a jacket with a printed pattern and ruffles that look cheap. Not something I would want to wear. Lesson learned. Look at Trustpilot before I buy from an unknown company.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Ordered the Lola jacket which was supposed to be “embroidered” fabric. First of all it took forever to get to me. It came folded in a little package smaller than a piece of paper. Needless to say, completely wrinkled and the fabric is so thin, without a lining. The fabric is absolutely NOT embroidered! It is piece of garbage flimsy material like those old fashioned Halloween costumes we got as kids. And so small it wouldn’t fit a kid. What an absolutely fraudulent company. I paid $60.00 for a piece of garbage. I emailed them immediately with pictures to show them. Ignored that for a few days, so I emailed them over and over. Then they emailed me asking for pictures, which were in the original email. So I sent them yet again. Then they wanted a picture of the tag in the jacket. There is no tag, so I had to send them a picture of the tag less jacket. Still ignoring me. Tried contacting them by phone and when you go to leave a message, it cuts you off after a few seconds. Beware!! Do not order anything from this so called family business out of Florida. That’s pure BS, the crap merchandise came from China! Also reporting them to the better business bureau.

product shipped was flimsy, and cheap looking...however, it was expensive. Trying to return has not been "simple" as advertised. I think I will just donate the item to a resale/goodwill.

Ordered a Hobo Jacket. What I received was NOT a jacket. Plus the material was cheap and mystery crap fabric from China. They advertise company out of Palm Beach and located in Boca Raton Florida. No one in Boca Raton would wear this crap. They did offer me a full credit after I sent photos of what I received. Stay away from this company. They prefer sending you horrible crap from China and they do not admit it.

The quality of the sweater is thin, pin on buttons, and has a snag on the sleeve. I will never wear it in public.. it's that bad. A replacement would cost shipping of 15.00. They won't get another cent of my money. Don't fall for the scam
