Damaged packaging of product
Disappointed to receive a product that the original packaging had split and the attempted repair was poor. Parcel arrived with grout powder spilling out making a mess when opened.

Really pleasant
Met by a cheery lady who happy to help and confirmed it was a pick up order. Really nice atmosphere
A man brought my boards out and insisted he would load them up when I offered to help.
Overall, really good prices and a pleasant visit, albeit short and sweet

Second order from TTH
This was my second experience of doing business with The Tilers Hub and it was just as easy, smooth and efficient as the first. This time, I used their chat facility. They answered my query quickly and and provided expert advice. Once again their courier kept me fully informed and the driver delivered the pallet to the door.
All the products were a good price and top quality. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
