Great course and very friendly tutor, learnt some valid points and found it interesting and rewarding.

The speed awareness course itself isn’t bad, it’s got some good take-away facts.

However, my course instructor felt it necessary to tell me how I “might be autistic” infront of the entire group and thought this would be appropriate.

The only reason I stayed was to not have to complete the course again, but needless to say I didn’t pay attention to anything further that man had to say.

I am wearing hearing equipments, on the night battery run out, I didn't hear the alarm. so I was little late to my meeting point from there a transport was going to take us for the job we have been working on that day. I have been captured 35 miles on the 30 miles area which is this same road speed changed last year from 40 miles to 30miles today.
An option given to me either 3 point and fixed penalty £100 or Taking NSAC, without 3 point. That's a very nice idea for the people's relaying their's car to make living. So I accepted. Then I received an options to choosing the date to do the course online. Of course that's even better. Then I received day before Zoom course meeting software.
All perfect, a lady was our course teacher. She was from Wales, with a perfect skill, knowledge and understanding, she was a very good person. All gone very well.
I strongly advise,follow the traffic signs carefully.

The trainers, Gavin and Annemarie, presented very well and complemented each other in their styles. Both brought humour to the session whilst still emphasising the seriousness of why we were there. I never felt judged but did come away realising the importance of accepting my personal responsibility for the offence. It is too easy to think that a couple of
miles over the speed limit is not important. The course highlighted that even 1 mph over the limit can have catastrophic results. I also learned a couple of things I wasn't aware of. I'm pleased I took the option of attending the class and really enjoyed it.

I was booked onto a course today (Mon 13th April, 2:45pm - 5:45pm). The trainer online was James. I was waiting in the waiting room for about 12 minutes until James had come on screen. When he did, he was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was using the Zoom app on my Macbook Pro and even though I had selected to remove the background filter, it was not removing. Without evening letting me explain that I had removed it, he cut me off.

I then had a call from Vicky (Support services). I explained what happened but in the time I was waiting for this call, I had logged into the meeting via the web browser, resolving the issue of the blurred background not removing - even though using the Zoom app was the advice in the email and your own Terms and Conditions.

Anyway, James then came back on and introduced himself again with a pathetic ID card- which did not even have a photo ID on - just his name. He then saw that I was in a coffee shop (I did not see the T&C's). I suggested that I would go to my car as I noticed that on the T&Cs, Section 8, Part E - you can complete the course in a vehicle, passenger seat with no one else there. He did not allow me to do this and again, without even having the decency, he cut me off and removed me from the meeting.

This course is not free or some kind of leisurely hobby. I am astonished at the rudness of your staff. I am a lecturer by profession and would never dream of being such a vile and disgusting person laced with such a horrid attitude.

I have had to rebook a course despite being able to do it from a car. I have had to pay a fee again - £39. This is worse than an obvious pyramid, money making scheme. A disgusting bunch of staff working for this horrid company who clearly are in the game of making money.

Great instructor. Kept a good pace and explained things clearly and succinctly.

Was very good and interesting. The tutor was very nice and pleasant 😊.

It was very interesting and our presenter kept me engaged throughout - so congratulations to him as I find it easy to get side tracked when working on a computer - I would rather have done an in-class session but none were at a suitable time/date - so am very happy to have done it on line. Car technology was irrelevant as my cars are too old to have any tech aids!!!

Our teacher was outstanding - both in terms of knowledge and self deprecating sense of humour. I went into the course thinking that it would probably be pretty much a waste of time but I was very pleasantly surprised by how much I learnt - and in a non-threatening way….

I found the course excellent, it certainly was thought provoking. I have been driving over 60 years and I think you become blaze. The course instructor (Chris) made us all aware of the hazards when driving only 2 miles over the speed limit. One will be more cautious in future.

Interesting course. Nice and pacey. Great trainer. Good participation. Came away with some good tips. I’m much clearer about Welsh speed limits now.

This felt like a worthwhile refresher as a new driver with some great tips and eye opening stats that will help me be a more careful driver. And Daniel was a very positive and engaging leader - thank you!

Had an instructor called Phil who was great. He made it interesting and enjoyable as it could be.

Speed awareness course. Just completed my course with TTC and really enjoyed it. The instructor Sam was excellent and made everyone on the course aware of several laws and current rules that they were not currently aware of including speed limits for certain carriageways, in all very informative. Thank you Sam.

The course was educational and informative. I enjoyed it.
