It was very good, very informative. I probably needed that.

Good course but not very suitable for dyslexic people who can't wright or read at all sadly. I had to help my husband quietly without the course person hearing till I spoke a little to loud even though he and I explained he can't read and right at the very beginning. The course should be suitable for all people not just ones that can read and right.

The course was delivered in a ideal pace neither slow and over whelming or too fast paced. The course provider ws a good host too with the right amount of humour but maintained professionalism and was able to bring back the discussion back to the severity of road safety at all times. I must admit I learn a few things but 2 major things in particular. Been more aware of the road ive been driving sick the course. Cheers

Excellent course tutor! Very helpful course content. Should be made compulsory for drivers every few years or at least before the DL is issued.

An excellent on line course.John the trainer was very professional and personable. I have given it 4 stars not because of content but because I was worried about the technology requirements and not being able to start or complete the course. I wanted to attend a course in person. There were no physical courses on offer in Somerset or within 30 miles. I was, however, offered many courses in Bridgend Wales only 19 miles away! The algorithm doesn't take into account the Bristol Channel.

Informative and well run course. It should be compulsory every 5 years or so just to remind us about the consequences of having an accident while speeding.

Both tutors were very knowledgeable and professional

The course was presented thoughtfully and with a degree of compassion and was not in any way judgmental. It contained useful facts which will be helpful in the future.

Our tutors were non judgemental the course ran smoothly with a good level of participation by the attendees. Keeping an open mind, I found it to be extreamly informative - it was also a reminder that It’s never too late to catchup with changes in the Highway Code.

Typical sub standard civil servants performance masking as professionalism. The male presenter - Crimson insisted in telling us about his previous job, his partner and bizarrely his political opinions- Trump war, NHS being run on an insurance scheme?!?!?. Some of the information presented was good and useful, some of it was outright nonsense and exposed the presenter to not fully understanding their subject. I Was asked to put away a chocolate bar in case anyone had any allergies but no mention of the open pack of peanuts on the presenters desk and the supply of biscuits available to everyone- crass. I understand the importance of these classes and I took a lot away from the event- sadly not all of it positive

My experience was positive, educational, and gave great tips for my future driving experience.

Very good course, there were a few things that I was not aware of, makes you think about what you are doing.

After feeling quite apprehensive and wondering what to expect!! The instructor Judith, settled my worries by being very relaxed, engaging and informative. Given a reminder of use and explanation further of ongoing Highway Code, as things have changed considerably, given me the incentive to refresh on it more often! The driving out was also a good incentive to be reminded and make one aware of complacency !! Thank you all..

I attended the course recently and I found Seb very professional, ecplaining all the steps in an eady clear way giving us the chance to adk questions. It is really an awareness course and helps refresh the highway code rules

Very imformative, a very good refresher. It made me realise how stress was impacting on my everyday life. The tutors were very good and brought humour to the course too.

I thought it very helpful, I learnt a lot. I shall definitely think of this course every time I enter my car . My mind set now is not so much on how I will get to my destination but think the safety of pedestrians first. Thank you.

I chose the course option primarily to avoid the points, and am also pleased I attended rather than taking the possibly easier option of the online version. I found the 2 trainers to be very engaging and knowledgeable. The attendees interaction was surprisingly enjoyable and I picked up some useful pieces of information that I'd possibly forgotten or not known and will definitely be watching speed more carefully in future.
