Highly informative; The trainer was excellent - built a forum for open discussion and positioned the training perfectly. A course that all drivers should have to do (without having incurred the penalty to attend it) as it really sharpens your mind about road safety

Very nice people, both trainers and participants. Very well managed course,both theory and practical side. Theory trainer was lovely and very understanding, made me feel very relaxed. Practical was good, I learned a lot from it.

So, nobody ever actually wants to have to do a speed awareness course, but it's better than points and a fine. So I chose this company as it was at the top of the list on the booking page and the other names all seemed to indicate they were based on, or from certain parts of the country so I didn't want to book the wrong one somehow.
The whole booking process was easy, the link to the course was sent on time and the instructions to join a test meeting and to join the actual meeting was clear.
Dave, the instructor from Wales, was calm, easy to understand and had a sense of humour making the whole group chuckle several times over. I felt relaxed, I certainly didn't feel I was there being told off or for a punishment at all. The course content was surprisingly interesting and as soon as it started and I realised it wasn't what I was expecting, I found it quite enjoyable. I mean, there are much more fun ways to spend an afternoon off work on a sunny day, but overall, and I hate to admit it, I quite enjoyed myself.
Thanks Dave, I hope to never see you again personally but if anyone I know has the option of doing a course over points etc I'll definitely be recommending TTC.

This was a very good experience, it could have been boring, but the 'trainer' was super clear, direct, friendly, funny at times, informal while being professional.
I gained from the experience. I think experienced driver can all gain from doing this course!

The trainer was a really nice older gentleman who's name I forget and he made the course interesting and was not judgemental at all nor was he condescending as they were 12 years ago when I did a classroom course. He made it interesting and time flew by. The only confusion was when we were told to turn off all mobile devices and we were doing the course on mobile devices it didn't belong in the digital course at all and should have been left out, only A minor point but it needs addressing.

Well presented by competent people, inclusive, informative and enjoyable.
Stopping distance was well explained but I feel that safe travelling distance to the vehicle ahead was hardly covered at all, something I take very seriously.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and had quality resources to ensure the learning experience was worth the while. This should be made available to all drivers in the UK

It would be very easy to patronise people on a course like this. But Belinda and Jack did the opposite. Both were respectful, knowledgable and led the course with right balance of seriousness and humour. I learnt a lot. Well done

Gill was an excellent tutor. She was patient answering all our questions and at the same time ensuring that the content was covered. I would give 5stars to Gill.
On the other hand, my experience with the technical team was rubbish. Zero stars. The lady was rude and very abrupt in her response. I did not receive any help

The meeting was very interactive, with videos, explanations and question answering. The instructor’s approach was quite professional allowing each one to share their experiences and to take down a written note of their next strategy and action to avoid driving safely.

I came away, thinking everyone who is a driver would benefit from this course. Prevention is better than cure, it need not wait until a speeding fine!
Very well presented and useful and helpful. I feel much more aware of other drivers as people, staying in control of my emotions and realising that we all need to slow down, know the speed limits and not be distracted by music or other gadgets. Hadn't realised the huge cost to cover accidents. Also the wider implications of even the smallest accident on everyone involved. We all simply need to be more mindful.
If the government invested in us all having the opportunity of this 3 hour course, and make it statuttory, they would naturally save the great expenses incurred by the NHS and emergency services and of course the emotional damage to victims, families and those involved in road traffic accidents.
For alot of us it's years since we passed our test, and the roads have changed so much. Even a weekly programme on TV. on driving awareness would be so useful for everyone and reach millions of people. Time to get the word out there.
Mention of gadgets too to bring awareness to speed of car. Cars could be installed with them.

We a had a couple of down to earth tutors who treated us all with respect and I found the atmosphere extremely friendly and informative. It’s never too late to have a catchup with the Highway Code and just reinforce some stuff you may have forgotten along the way

Had a Driver Speed Awareness course today. Very informative and interesting. Very well thought out course. Our instructor, Janet, was friendly but very thorough in her presentation. Excellent.
