I cannot recommend this children's clothes shop. Enough staff in there are super friendly and the range of clothes they have on offer is fantastic. I have recently use the online website to have some close delivered to my pregnant friend, and this was a brilliant transaction Everything went smoothly and was easy to use their site. Thank you very much.

Online shopping should not be so difficult!
Great clothes and fast delivery. Let down by poor communication and returns procedure.
1. Website says details on how to return will be included in your package - it wasnt
2. Instead was a handwritten note saying that 2 items were out of stock and would be refunded
3. Emailed them over a week later - using the email adress that the order confirmation email advised to use - to enquire about the promised refund, and got no response
4. Emailed a gmail adress i found on their website and was told the refund would be processed the next day, but was only done 3 days later
5. Returned several items and had to chase a week after tracking showed they recieved as hadnt been refunded
6. No phone number on their website or google map listing so couldnt even call them, and no response on their live chat.
