Wanted to update you on my order. It was delivered today. It was a long wait but very much worth it!
I do appreciate the updates and the truly excellent customer service. No one could have foreseen. The UK mail service, being a victim of cyber-attacks. Nevertheless, it all worked out very well.
When I open the package, it was very nicely arranged. I did take care to unwrap it carefully. It is a gift for twin nieces.
The outfits are wonderful and very beautiful. My sister was delighted and extremely happy! She has been looking for this style of clothing for her girls. Nothing like this in Baghdad

My go to baby boutique. Had only the best experience with Victoria. Order comes in tissue paper with handwritten thankyou card and an item to support other small business, such as wax melt. Victoria has exchanged outfits for me when I’ve ordered the wrong size & sent across measurements to help choose the correct size for my baby. She really does go above & beyond.

What an absolutely fabulous online store this is. Ordered two dresses for my daughter on the Monday and they were delivered to me in France by Thursday the same week. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful with their regular updates on the parcel delivery. Can’t recommend this business highly enough! We will be back.

Such excellent service!! I contacted the store at 19:30 at night in desperate need of a dummy for my little girl, who wouldn't sleep. By half past 8 I had a new set of bibs dummies to my door. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent service, which went above and beyond!!

I'm really sorry to hear this.
We don't use Jiffy bags we use grey postal bags so
unless the Royal Mail have damaged it im not sure how it
came to arrive in a Jiffy bag.
I can assure you the tissue paper is not used , it can
crumple in transit depending on how Royal Mail treat the
package.

Hi there
Thank you for your rely.
When I say jiffy bag I don't mean the brand. The
Bam Bam item was sent in its own box which is
dented. I have attached picture.
The box was covered in white tissue paper with
a sticker with your seal. This was ripped but not
overly bothered about.
The wrapped Bam Bam box was in a plastic bag
which was grey in colour please disregard
comment of the branding of the bag.
I appreciate that sonetime items get damaged
in transit but this is my second order from you in
over a week and the first wee suit I purchased
did arrive in crumpled used paper.
Hope this clears things up
