Ordered a watch 6 days ago
Ordered a watch to the UK 6 days ago. Did receive confirmation email, then a few days ago received an email 'thank you for joining the family, while you're waiting for your order to arrive..' which to me would indicate that it has been shipped, but have not received a tracking nr or an email from DHL?
Have been trying to contact them too - emails, IMs and phone calls.. while they state on their website availability is 24/7, in reality it is 0 because they never get back to you.
When you try calling them, the line states that the phone nr has incoming call restrictions and hangs up.
I am absolutely devastated and frustrated.
Save your energy, time and money by avoiding this company, it is an absolute scam - do not understand how people here on Trustpilot are giving 5 star and positive review - which was one of the pro-s for me to go ahead with ordering by the way!
Would very much appreciate if the company got back to me but I doubt they will!
