In my experience, you find out how good or bad a company is, not when things go well, but when they go wrong. In this instance I made a mistake and purchased a space-saver wheel for my daughter's Hyundai Tuscon, without actually checking that it would fit in the well in the boot. What I hadn't realised was that her car was a "Mild" hybrid and there was an electric motor fitted in the space for a tyre. I immediately contacted the WheelShop to see if I could return it and was advised it was no problem at all. I therefore sent it back and was immediately issued with a full refund. I have also used this company before and would not hesitate to use them again.

honestly, asking for information on what tyres they could supply, at what price and what the basic performance of the tyres were was met as though I have asked them to provide the answer to the meaning of life itself...

how they expect to retail tyres without supplying, the price or the performance of the tyres is beyond me..

Excellent Company, I ordered a space saver wheel with jack and wheel brace, and it arrived two days later. I tried it on the car and is perfect. Customer service David was lovely as I had a query before ordering. They are a brilliant company and I would definitely recommend them.

18 inch Nissan qashqai space saver never arrived and will not answer phone or emails. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a space saver wheel for my car as it has run flat tyres as standard. After 2 tyres delamitating and two punctures in recent times I didn't like the way the car handled on a deflated run flat. Plus driving any further than needed destroys a run flat. The space saver arrived very quickly and I am very happy with it. With work commitments I can now change to this and hopefully save a run flat for repairs. Thank you very.

Purchased a space saver for a 23 plate mild hybrid tekna qashqai.
Ordered 19 inch space saver, opted for free delivery and was still delivered in a couple of days.
As my car was having some warranty work done today I asked the nissan dealer to try the wheel and fits perfectly and quite well in the well in the boot.
Not keen on inflation kits so now have a space saver as well.
Good service by the wheelshop and gets 5 stars from me.

Exactly what you would hope for from an online retailer.Space Saver for my Kia Niro was as described and delivered very quickly by DHL .I had an initial query before purchase which was responded to within hours.I see some reviews have been negative but I don't believe from my experience that they wouldn't quickly put right any occasional problems that arise.Very good value for money and would thoroughly recommend.

Ordered a spare wheel for my 2014 Honda Civic and asked a few questions on the phone which were very well answered. The new wheel and toolkit arrived a day earlier than promised and I was delighted to find a brand new Continental tyre on the wheel. Having tried the wheel on the car I found it fitted perfectly, the scissor jack worked perfectly and had an easy to use ratchet handle which is a great bonus. The only problem was with the extending wheel nut spanner which had a faulty ball bearing so the socket kept falling off. However a quick phone call to the company and they are sending a new spanner. What excellent customer service from an excellent company
