Exceptional service and 24 hr delivery with DHL

I had an issue with the jack for my wife's Fiat no quibbles it was replaced immediately and arrived next day.

Not all Citroen C1s are fitted with 15” wheels, mine has 14” wheels (2009) when I phoned to enquire why their site only gives 15” options the lady on the phone suggested I should fit the 15” to my vehicle even though the rest are 14” rims. She certainly gave the impression that she didn’t know or care.

They had exactly what I wanted. I ordered it on Saturday 10th and it was delivered extremely quickly on Tuesday 13th. I had used them a few years back to buy a space saver tyre for my daughter's car, so when I needed a spare tyre it was a no brainer to go back to them.

An excellent wheel supply company.I went for a Picanto space saver wheel with 2 day dispatch and included tool kit etc.The whole item and included kit was of high quality and they included a free jack as well.
I can't recommend this company enough but going forward I surely will and when I need other wheel related items this is who I will turn to.

The second time I have had a Spacesaver wheel from the Wheel Shop, Just got a Kia Soul EV and like most modern cars only a emergency glue kit not keen. Gisteren met mijn nieuw gekochte Suzuki Ignis langs geweest om een thuiskomer te koper. Prima service. De verkoper weet waar hij over praat. Geeft goede adviezen bij bijvoorbeeld bij een lekke band, Super bedrijf. Heb vandaag nog iemand aanbevolen, die een thuiskomer zocht.

Horrendous customer service

Ordered a tyre for my new car Tuesday afternoon, great service and price, received it before 12:00 the following day. Quality of tyre first class, jack and accessories and bag. Very pleased.

Not the cheapest on the internet but great quality wheel,tyre (Hankook) , tool kit,bag and wheel bolt down . The delivery fast, less that quoted in days, the parts were all brand new. There was a minor issue re packaging damaged and one of the parts was missing, courtesy of the courier company. I emailed their customer service with packaging damage and Michael, emailed me, posted a new one immediately , received the following day. Also £100 cheaper than the dealer price. In all great service and very pleased I chose them.

Ordered a spare for mg car. Wheel seemed ok but not as shown on picture. Only a bit of tread. Not sure if this is normal. I also paid for 2 day delivery and it took 3 days so wasted my money. Contacted them about it. No reply. Not great service. But prices are good compared to others.

Absolutely brilliant, excellent advice over the telephone, placed the order for the space saver wheel, jacking kit and wheel brace, and it arrived the next day.

Vauxhall could get me the wheel and jacking kit, for around £230, but not the tyre and everywhere else I rang local, couldn't get the tyre for weeks, or it would have cost over £100.

The Wheel Shop provided everything for under £130, and it has a brand new Continental Tyre. Excellent service all round. Thank you.

They were very prompt giving useful advice, the spare wheel, tools and clamp arrived in good condition and in good time.

Great advice from the shop regarding the wheel size I needed, and really fast delivery. I bought an 18 inch space saver spare for my 2023 Tuscan (which does not come with a spare) after suffering a side wall blow out. This made the inflator kit provided by Hyundai completely useless.
Really good service and much cheaper than a Hyundai version.
