One of the best online stores around to get all of my Masters Of The Universe figure. Very well priced on items and super fast delivery every time. Great communication as well when required. Always my first go to when it comes to adding to my collection.

Popped in to the store in Kettering to be greeted by a smiley fella. We chatted for ages about toys, movies, and i left with a cool figure.
Great range of stock with a lot of stuff you just don't see in the UK, free postage on the website too.

I ordered an item from this site recently for the first time after discovering it. I was shocked at the condition the item arrived in.

First, the large cardboard box it was sent in was bashed to pieces and the actual figure inside had all the packaging ripped both at the front and the back of the NECA packaging. While it's entirely possible that goods can get damaged in transit with Royal Mail, there was zero packaging support placed in the box to protect the figure from such damage, such as bubble wrap or stuffing paper. It was literally just an oversized bashed up cardboard box with the unprotected figure box thrown inside. I was surprised at this as the website states that those behind it are themselves collectors, so obviously they would know that nobody wants to receive a figure that looks like it had just done a couple of rounds with Mike Tyson.

Whether this damage occurred in transit or in the shop itself and just wasn't checked before being thrown into the cardboard box, the website says that the customer needs to pay return postage costs. This is totally unacceptable when the package reaches the customer in such a state. I never bothered returning it since we were taking this figure out of the box for display anyway, but if that was someone's birthday present for example, to send a figure out in this state is appalling and put me off using this company again.

On a positive note, the delivery time was very good and rapid, and the prices on this site are very reasonable compared to other places such as HMV and Zavvi. However the condition the item reached me in and the lack of care in packaging it made me concerned about ordering anything else from them, especially a larger or more valuable item or a gift item for someone.

This place is my main goto in the UK for all my collectibles. I preorder items that I cannot get in the UK and sometimes preorder months in advance of release dates . They always keep me informed of my orders and when they are dispatched they arrive very well packaged to prevent damage for inbox collectors. And every order I've made over the last few years has been perfectly handled .

The whole shebang is one of the best Indie collectible stores in the UK period. I say this as a lifelong hardcore collector with an autistic knowledge of damn near every figure line.

They go above and beyond if asked to get stuff in SPECIFICALLY for you. This is invaluable in an age where scalpers run rampant. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I have been a customer for years and they’re excellent I often call directly to ask for upcoming items, and I always get a polite answer from Matt.
Once I got a figure with a manufacturer’s error and I send it to the wrong address (my fault). Matt send me a new one anyway.
When the figure I send got back to me, I made sure it went to the right address this time.
I have nothing to say that this company is a pleasure to deal with, and I always get my items send mega quick and in perfect state and packaged.

Used The Whole Shebang for almost 3 years without issue and they have always provided excellent customer service and clarity when needed.
My experience is that they are helpful, communicative and prompt with sending and responses to messages.
I started buying from them thanks to their prices but vouch for everything else too.

TWS are the most dependable retailer in the uk for collectibles. Particularly for MOTU.
They often carry items literally no other UK stores offer, such as those pesky Target exclusives.
Their customer service is top notch and they are very quick to respond to queries.

Cannot praise Matt and The Whole Shebang highly enough! It’s been my go to for figures for years now. Amazing prices, well packed and Superfast shipping. Matt is really quick to get back to you with any queries and has been nothing but helpful to me with any questions.
