I would give no stars if possible. Completely different from description which said 2.5” thick and it is 1 inch thick, soft and floppy and totally unfit for purpose. £39.99 for two which is a rip off. It should teach me not to order through social media, although who holds these companies to account ? Obviously came from China, despite UK address.

After a couple of days the cushion started to bottom out! Not as advertised. Disappointed!’ Need a refund!!!!

If I could give the cushion zero I would, after 2 months the inside cushion is disintegrating. It was smaller than advertised and not as thick as description. My fault never shop off of social media, lesson learnt. The company suggested it was U.K. based, ummmm, China 🇨🇳 to be correct. Do Not waste your money, dunelm sell something similar, much cheaper and better quality.

Disgraceful they are taking money for shoddy goods

Be very careful buying from this company. They are not a UK company. I purchased the zero cushion for my mother who is extremely ill in hospital to help prevent bed sores. The item took longer than expected to arrive and when I received it it was not as described - much thinner, not the same size etc. Not fit for purpose as it was too thin to provide decent cushioning. On trying to return the item I discovered I would need to pay postage to return the item to China. I was offered small amounts as a refund as an alternative.

My wife ordered them but did like them. As per UK and EU consumer laws she requested a refund within 14 days of receipt. They refused and instead offered various smaller ammount over a few emails. Also she was not notified until she wanted a refund she would need to pay return shipping which in one email they said was a foreign address which is very odd when they have a UK address.

Very cheap quality, not as described and not fit for purpose. Expensive so I expected decent cushions. How wrong i was.
The cushions are miserably thin & provide no support.
I requested to return them but was told it has to be within 7 days of delivery and at my cost to China!! They do not subscribe to safe online procdeures
A very expensive lesson learned by me.
My advice is DO NOT BUY from this company.

Be aware that this is not a UK company although it appears to be on the site. I ordered for my husband (who is very ill) to try to prevent pressure sores. I thought that paying a bit more would equal better quality. The cushions are very cheaply made and not fit for purpose. The company said I would have to pay for return to China which was a nearly half of the total cost. As always awful customer service.I would advise to steer well clear and go to Dunelm, better cushion and way cheaper

The site looks like it is uk. Reading further it states the cushion is designed in the uk but ships from China. Look carefully at the dimensions as it is not as thick as the images suggest and smaller than it looks in the images. The 'covers' are flimsy. The cushion itself is nor brilliant quality and not worth the money. Beware.
