The course is very helpful and informative compared to doing it own your own. The team has been very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. We need mores courses like this to help people get a step in life. Rich is amazing and makes sure you get things done, Graham is very knowledgeable and always quick with a joke. INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Absolutely LOVED my time with Think Employment. Lessons are informative and help a lot with understanding the requirements to pass the tests.
The tutors (Graham and Richard) are incredible and have a cracking sense of humour and make the lessons enjoyable. Always open to questions and help as much as possible. Inundated with support from tutors, and admin staff all round.
Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it and would recommend it to anyone looking at getting into HGV driving.

I recently completed my HGV driver…
I recently completed my HGV driver training through Think Employment, and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. The support and structure they provided made a real difference in helping me prepare for and feel confident about gaining my HGV licence.
What made my experience great was the clear communication, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the way the training was tailored to support individual progress. They were very responsive to any questions I had along the way, and the learning materials were easy to follow and well-organised.
One thing Think Employment is doing particularly well is creating an encouraging and supportive environment, especially for those who may be returning to education or training after some time. They clearly care about the success of their learners, and that shows in how they deliver their courses and offer follow-up support.
If I could offer any constructive feedback, it would be to perhaps increase flexibility in scheduling or offer more practical mock test sessions where possible — just to give learners even more hands-on experience before the real test. But overall, I found the programme to be very well delivered and highly beneficial.
Thank you to the Think Employment team for your professionalism and support. I would definitely recommend this training to anyone looking to pursue their HGV licence.

Highly impressed with ThinkEmployment
Really impressed with ThinkEmployment, from the session timetables that run with military precision yet still allow for flexibility, to the indepth nature of the course and assignments...My teachers Andy and Tim are both clearly very experienced in the field of data analytics and their approaches to the sessions whilst different from each other they both offer unqiue and useful insights and both have an easy going style of teaching that makes you feel comfortable and not out of your depth.
I have completed the 40x 2.5hr modules (told you it was indepth lol) and am now working towards completeing the coursework of which I am over half way through, and help is always at hand if needed.
In addition to this they also run employment modules , CV building, interveiw techniques etc to complement your main subject of study and as someone that is going back in to the job market after 15 years of self employment this has been a godsend.
Thanks to Tim, Andy, Matt and the rest of the team at thinkemployment ,I feel prepared and ready to enter Junior roles in my new chosen career, and have already started sending out CV's! something only a few months ago beofre starting I thought I would never be able to do!

As boot camps go, this one is delivered professionally with excellent engagement and tutors that are supportive but make sure you stretch yourself for solid development.
I can’t recommend Louise, Emma and Alice enough for their honest and relatable delivery of the video let tutor sessions. They’re interested and engaging.
The systems they use are simple to use and easy to book.
The way to submit responses is also easy to use with excellent support materials.
