My name is Jasmine Miah and I have been on this course since 12th may 2025 and it’s been nothing but great, they are able to accommodate my needs perfectly. The tutors are very nice and helpful and always answer any questions you have. I am very pleased so far in what I have learnt and how I am achieving my best during this course. I would recommend this to anybody that has children because it can be very hard to study when you have children but am doing it and am satisfied. I would like to thank them for the hard work they put in and also continue until my end date and get the grades I need

Absolute chaos in there
Absolute chaos in there. Your work will not get marked on time. You will end up with a back log of unmarked assignments, and if you have any corrections to make (which is most likely) then you will end up with a back log of those. I finished my course and submitted all my assignments, and was told those will be marked within a week...... 4 months later I hear back from them and I am told 3 corrections are needed. I did those, sent them off (baring in mind I had to juggle it then with my full time work as well! As by then I'd started working). Then 2 weeks later when I think all done and dusted, they came back with another 3 corrections required on completely different questions. Why weren't those mentioned at the same time as the previous ones (which were apparently the only ones !) ?! Chaos .
Getting any email replies from them is next to impossible unless you send a rude threatening email. And even then they don't take anything seriously. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Classes often got cancelled at a last minute (and I mean , you would log in for your zoom class and they would come on to tell you its not going ahead ). And then you would have to try work out when you can possibly do this class again as its likely not scheduled to happen again until weeks or a month after you finish your course /dead line.
Not happy at all , and would certainly not recommend. If I had the chance I would go with another company. Too much stress and chaos for not reason.
I still haven't received my certificate and its been 6 months since the end of my course. They keep sending random corrections to do and I keep correcting and it seems like it's almost on purpose. I gave up trying to correct because I just don't have the time with now full time work and family life.

Level 2 Teaching Assistant Course
I was quite nervous at first doing this course, with it being an online course I wasn't sure how it would go and using online platform such as Zoom. My tutor at Think Employment , Adele, was a great help and put my nerves at ease from the get go, as well providing assistance with the course itself, Adele offered a very human approach and making sure I was well and coping with my studies. I don't think I could have done it without her, and the course itself was very enlightening and useful to want a Teaching Assistant does and what they need to know.

I'm nearly at the finished stage of completing my level 2 teaching assistant course with think learning and the whole experience has been fantastic
I unfortunately have spent a lot of time in hospital but my tutor Adelle could not have been more understanding and compassionate throughout the whole 5 months ensuring I was well and managing , I've never been pressured just offered support to help me complete my course

Think Employment got me to pass my Class C HGV Driving Test and CPC in my first attempt! :)
I am so pleased I went with Think Employment on my journey to pass my Class C HGV Driving Test, CPC Mod 4 test and Mod 3A test in just over two and a half months! Started in March 2025 and passed in May 2025!
I found the HGV course to be well structured and paced to introduce and prepare anyone who really wants to drive HGV. The Tutors Graham and Richard are amazing, with a world of experience, very knowledgeable, very helpful, encouraging and fun learning too. I enjoyed it. I focused on all my lessons, what was said, all hints and took note, did what was said and went on to pass all my 3 theory tests in my first sitting. What a journey!
