Shambolic! Absolutely terrible and a complete…
Absolutely terrible and a complete waste of my time, my tutor Lucy was a disaster who took 7 weeks to mark ANY of my work, numerous empty promises via email yet nothing materialised, I had to ask for an extension as how am I supposed to complete my course in time if nothing was being marked? Made no sense whatsoever, then Lucy “disappeared” and left the company so I was apologised too regarding the shortfalls and guaranteed that I would have everything marked and up to date so I could move forward with a new tutor who was going to be great and things would finally progress…then waited 3 weeks to hear from new tutor 🧐! In the end I completely lost faith and to be honest I couldn’t mentally deal with these promises anymore so I withdrew from the course and all my work was gone to waste, I should of been starting employment with this new school year as I had all the dates worked out to fit in with the school term times, started course in Jan so qualify in April/May then have summer with family and start in September with either agency or at a school. I will now be funding my own course as this government funded one is a joke! I really wish that I was as lucky with my tutors as I have read in some of these reviews as seems some people have had great tutors that have really helped them and they’ve not waited 4 weeks to have phone call requests honoured! Or maybe I should of done the HGV course as the tutors taking them seem really on it and highly thought of! Such a shame that there is inconsistency within the company, and the shenanigans that my tutor was up to could of been picked up by other staff at lots of given opportunities yet they obviously and admittedly don’t monitor their staff…at the detriment to people wanting to further their own education or career paths. Dismal…shouldn’t be allowed to fail people in this way! Proceed with caution!! Teaching assistant course! The only weekly communication I got was to remind me to update my learning hours obviously to benefit themselves!!

I would give 5 stars to Shan Lee-Roebuck at Think Employment, she has been absolutely amazing!! She has helped me when ever I've needed help through-out my course.
I've been studying to become a TA, and really have enjoyed doing it. She has answered all of my emails and been super helpful, even when I didnt know what to say. The overall company is great, although I'd knock down stars on my actual tutor as he never replied to any emails or help I'd asked for.
I'm looking forward to being able to get on my next course. This course was recommended by a friend, and it was very easy to apply for, I had someone contact me quite quickly to enrol me. I cant wait to get onto the next one to progress my career.
I am truly grateful for think Employment for helping me achieve my goals and working towards new ones, I have also got myself a TA job since, and look forward to progressing in this.
Again, thank you very much for everything, look forward to being in touch again soon.

Fantastic experience gaining my HGV…
Fantastic experience gaining my HGV license with the team at Think Employment! They provide first class, detailed training from experienced and knowledgeable trainers such as Graham & Richard who are also very friendly and helpful. Efficient support from Layla on the admin side assisting with your test bookings etc and I was really happy with the cv and job search support from Holly, making me very confident I will secure a great new role soon. Great training course!
It was the perfect training course to prepare for the HGV Theory Tests. The content is very comprehensive and Richard and Graham are great teachers and were able to deliver all the relevant material in an easy to understand and memorable way.

I completed a level 2 teaching assistant course, after having my initial interview on the phone I was placed on the course with Adele Topping as my tutor, she was brilliant at supporting me and answering any questions I had, ensuring that she explained things when needed and checked in regularly to ensure that everything was going well. TA level 3 award course delivered!
Since starting the TA level 3 award, my confidence has grown considerably. My understanding of the content has been invaluable, enabling me to implement that knowledge within my own personal setting, whilst feeling more prepared for interviews.
The tutors delivered the course with professionalism. Alice was incredibly patient and approachable. I was inspired to pursue more courses through Think Employment. Thanks to this positive experience, I was offered my first job, just three days after completing the course. I took the plunge enrolling on the course, fully aware of how demanding it would be, especially while juggling family responsibilities. However, the flexibility it offered, made the process more manageable. Thanks Think Employment. Overall, it has been a positive experience, and has successfully fulfilled it's purpose!

all coaches are supportive and respectful
the course covers so much information and you gain real KNOWLEDGE.
CLASSES ARE FLEXIBLE they can be worked around children and school runs. great socialising with other people going through the same course getting to talk to them about your thought and opinions. i would 100% recommend Alice is just great so patient and really lets you go at your own pace. really supportive no question is a silly question.
