Poor communication
Poor communication. Applied for a course beginning of January 2026. No response. Followed up 3x leaving messages on voicemail. No response. Emailed. Received vague response not answering the query or explaining next steps or options. Disappointed to have wasted my time.
I have called the number provided this afternoon, which is the same number I have previously called, again I could not get through to anyone and was asked to leave a voicemail message. I was also emailed by the learner support assistant who again proved both unhelpful and failed to respond to my query. The points I made in my initial review stand.

Great company to train with
The whole experience of training with think employment was good from start to finish. The tutor was very knowledgeable and helpful. If I emailed with questions they were always answered promptly. The live online sessions were also great to attend and increase your knowledge.

A fantastic company to learn with! The support is excellent, and there is always someone available to help when needed.
I really enjoyed the Autism and Behaviour That Challenges course. It was short but very intensive and packed with valuable information. I would love to see it extended from four months to six months, as this would give learners more time to fully absorb and reflect on everything covered.

I undertook a thinkemployment course…
I undertook a thinkemployment course which focused on autism. The course was extremely educational and interesting. I enjoyed the course and felt supported throughout the process due to my tutor Aimee. Aimee was very supportive and helpful, she promptly replied to all my emails and encouraged me throughout the course. Also my coach Rohima was helpful throughout the process.

It was a mixed bag, some sessions were really informative and useful like Anthony Bennett‘s sessions for the workplace, really helpful in getting a job and building up confidence in the job hunt process!!
Have some seasons just felt like a tick box exercise, with the standard of teaching in Data Analytics. Andy was also great!

Support with interview preparation
Arranging a meeting to suit my requirements was a really easy process. My guide was really helpful and informative during my preparation for interview meeting. She was able to give me example questions and work through my responses giving useful feedback and pointers on areas I needed to prepare more on. Great course and tutors
Been doing the data analyst course with think employment for the past month or so and it's been absolutely amazing so far. Tutors know what they're on about and make the lessons very engaging. Ive yet to find a question they cant answer for me. Really picking up skills I know I needed.
Christian did my enrolment call and couldn't have asked for anyone better to set me up. Information laid out clear as day for me and we even spoke about employment opportunities for me since Ive got a bit of experience already in different IT sector, he really helped my confidence for the course and I don't regret it

This was the second time id attempted this course. The first wasn't the greatest experience but having Aimee as my tutor this time around made such a difference.
